Swig — Restaurant in Saint George

While the items were enjoyable, it was expensive for what was being offered, some of the things we wanted were out, and we were never offered our receipt, and the location was not fantastic.

This location had toys and chairs available for use, but the chairs were very scuffed and falling apart on the front - as well as one of them being used by an employee who wasn't even at their computer. The toys were just thrown back on the shelf instead of inside their boxes and were pretty grimey.

It took quite a while for us to get our drinks as well, and they were not called and never told us they were ready. We had to walk over and ask if these were ours and got a, "I dunno."

I enjoyed the flavors of what we had, but it was a process as some of the items my group wanted were out and while not their fault, it's not a point in their favor.

I would suggest at least trying this location if you are in the area, have heard of Swig, and are curious of trying it - but I don't think you should go out of your way to try this...

I’m a big Swig fan and will always be a loyal customer, it’s truly one of my favorite places. That’s why I wanted to leave a little feedback about this location. The wait times here are consistently much longer than other Swigs I’ve been to. I’ve never waited more than 10 minutes elsewhere, but this one regularly takes 20+ minutes.. today it took 40 minutes for just one drink.

I understand it’s a busy location and staffing can be tough, but even when the line is short, it seems like things move slowly and there’s a lot of talking happening instead of making drinks.

I’m not writing this because I want anything for free, I truly just hope this helps improve efficiency. That said, when the wait ends up being that long, even something small like offering a cookie or a little gesture would make the experience feel a lot better.

I went in for a I pick up order I was told after waiting 3 minutes my order was still being made and it should be out in 2 more minutes. They also told me they'd bring it out once it was done.. I ended up waiting 16 more minutes so I figured maybe I should call and ask about my order. When they picked up they told me it had been done for 10 minutes. So I asked if they could bring it out like they promised. They told me no that I had to go through the drive threw. I said how long I had waited and the staff member didn't care and told me well don't worry it should only take 30 more minutes of I went through the drive threw and that it was the fastest way. I said that's faster than you guys running out to my car in the drop off location luke you promised. Then they just said have a nice night and hung up on me.
