-5 stars for this place. I went to this salon for my first and only time, to get a mani pedi because I was about to go on a trip. The people that did my nails were nice enough. I had a really simple acrylic nail design that I wanted and they refused to do it, so I had to settle on very basic nails(first world problems Ik). I shouldāve just left right then, but unfortunately I was on a time crunch. I tipped the girls who did my mani and pedi in cash, because I always tip my service people in cash. When I was finished I went to the front to pay for my mani pedi and only put a $2 tip on the screen because I already tipped. There was a buff bald man with tattoos that helped me pay(not one of my service people) and when he saw that I only tipped $2, he started screaming at me. I tried explaining to him that I already paid tips($10 to each girl) in cash, but he was not having it. My total was $120ish not counting tip, so I felt already ripped off because the nails I wanted were very different from what I got. What I got were short, basic pink acrylics (very visibly bumpy) + a pedicure. I got my receipt amidst the man screaming at me in a mostly foreign language and I was trying to leave bc it was becoming a hostile environment. The man was set off and tried to get in my way so I couldnāt leave the store. I somehow shimmied around him and got out the doors and ran to my car to cry my eyes out. That guy is lucky that I didnāt go to the police, because he threatened me(a small teenage girl) and blocked my exit. Anyways⦠donāt go here if you want a good experience, cute nails, quality work, or an...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreYesterday, I took my mom and daughter to get pedicures. Had an appointment and all. Get there and all the chairs were full. Oh well, we wait. Finally get seated 30 min later. Alright! Lets get going! We wait another 15 and some guy finally comes over and starts my daughter's. And gets water in my tub. My mom is still is sitting without water or anything. My daughter got hers start to finish gel pedi in 20 min. He moved to me and then started mine and filled my mom's tub. About half way into mine some other guy came and started my mom. Dude was cranky AF. Rude and I felt bad for my mom. He didn't clip her toenails hardly, rolled his eyes when he saw she had some left over polish on her pinky toes, and criticized her for walking barefoot as she had calluses. (Her feet were not that bad, but he made it seem that way. ) This was a mother's day gift for my mom and yeah. I will say though, the guy who did my daughter's and mine was fun and nice. Hence, more than 1 star.
I get you are busy and walk ins come in but I made appointments for that very reason. A party of four came in as they had an appointment a half hour after ours and they had to leave because they had another appointment.
This was my only time I have ever been to this particular salon. Hopefully, it was a one off. But that guy being rude to my mom, I...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI can't say enough wonderful things about Lin! I've been going to her for a few years and she has consistently exceeded my expectations with her amazing nail artistry. Not only does she do my nails beautifully, but she also takes care of my feet, always leaving them looking incredible.
What truly stands out about Lin is her dedication to her clients. Recently, I faced a challenge after losing a toenail, and Lin went above and beyond to help me through the process of losing it and eventually making my toenail look normal again. Her expertise and attention to detail are unmatched, and I am so grateful for her support and care.
Lin has a special place in my heart, not just because of her skills, but also because she used to do my late mom's nails and always treated her with such kindness. It's clear that she has a passion for her work and a genuine love for her clients. If youāre looking for someone who is talented, caring, and reliable, I highly...
