Sun Beauty Supply — Attraction in Saint Paul

This place has some goods and some bad. The costumer service is awesome, they'll help you and take their time with you. The first time I visited this store, i was in a rush so I didn't much time to look around. Recently, I went back and had the young korean girl helped me. She took her time and allowed me to touch as many human hair extensions as I want. She took her time with me and gave me great times. Although, the down fall is that, the cashier, I believe she's the owner. She's friendly, but she will not give you a refund. I went back the send time to get an exchange because I didn't like the hair extension color. The third time, I went for a refund because my stylist told me that the hair extension color won't match my hair atm. The young korean girl that helped me told me that the cashier will not refund me my money. I will have to argue with her to win my refund. So I decided I wanted another exchange. I think the cashier- I believe her name is Julie? She was giving me attitude. I did call before hand and the gentleman that answered my phone call said that I can get a refund as long as I had my receipt. I was a bit upset. It cost me $80, which the price wash;t too bad. I bought a wig there it sucked it was all nice and soft when I got it I wore it one time for like 2 hours and the thing is so snarly and so matted that I can't even comb through it it was terrible hair and I paid $40 for it over $40 for it and I'm thoroughly thoroughly not satisfied and they don't take returns so therefore I just got stuck with the cost of the 40 almost 50 bucks and some s* hair so I will never go back there again ever ever I suggest you don't go there they're way too expensive you can get the same wigs online for $10 if not less and they're charging $40 and $50 and up to hundreds of dollars and they absolutely suck the store is not you know visually appeasing I mean you can't find anything it's so crowded and it's so stuffy all the wigs are up way high so you can't even look at them so no never again I do not recommend you go here even if it's a last resort don't just wear your own hair. All these good reviews on here have got to be bogus because the hair is crap crap old and outdated and it's like must be old because it Matt's right away and it's just really really bad quality not convinced of these other reviews being...

I paid for products and then one minute later I walked back in to return because I changed my mind. I gave my items to the guy who has small locks with dangling things on them and I asked to return after he just checked me out. He said “ all of it” I replied “ yes, I just walked out one minute ago” he starts to grab my items and the Asian old woman with short hair and glasses who never bothered to even greet me or say a word finally opened her mouth to say to the cashier and me “ no no we don’t do returns, only exchange.” I said um I just walked out a minute ago and he rang me up” she said no no so I asked for the owner. The owner was outside at the restaurant next door and I asked her and she first told me she can’t and then she granted me my money back. I really appreciate her for that and just wanted to say that she’s not a bad person obviously she does have empathy and a heart. She could have stuck with no but she didn’t.
