All killer, no filler.
They have all of the equipment you'll need for a good workout, and then some. This is definitely a no frills type of gym. The people that work out there are friendly and courteous, and most of them know a thing or two about lifting.
Downsides: it's pretty small, so it can get a little cramped and there aren't many duplicates of machines (except for cardio equipment). So, you might have to work in with somebody, or do an alternative exercise (which is totally possible). The squat rack and boxing equipment are kept outside. Working out in the Florida heat is no fun, but it's probably good for you.

I workout often, and I am relegated to those "mega-gyms". Beach Bods had everything I needed, including friendly service from the owner, George, and manager, Steven, to every piece of equipment I needed for a great workout.
My girlfriend loved the place, and even worked out there a few times by herself - she told me she felt super-comfortable. They're always giving new members a tour of both the indoor and outdoor facilities. Posters and cut-outs from magazines of body building heroes are everywhere. Silly and funny signs that inform you of the required etiquette cover the rest of the walls. When the Barbie movie premiered, Beach Bods turned into a Barbie shrine.
It all adds to a feeling of belonging that set in really quickly for me. A feeling that is much more difficult to acquire at a gym like Crunch. The world is a way better place when we have more family owned businesses that share their personality and...
