Now, now... greens... great and well seasoned, mac and cheese well made... with real cheese and has flavor not just cheese and milk... ribs- made to perfection - tender and fall off the bone greatness, the sauses... BBQ and sweet sauce. I can tell this isn't your store bought sauce put into a sauce container but rather made from scratch... put the BBQ and sweet sauce together ❤ ❤ just heaven. The jerk chicken- again perfection with the right balance of heat and spices. Baked beans- now these were different but very tasty.. Definitely not canned beans, last but not least the Brisket- now as soon as I said I wanted to get the Brisket jay the chef informed me that he has the lean cut.. for those whom are not knowledgeable about meat cuts... lean = less fat- which can mean a sacrifice of the meat being dry and with less flavor. BABBBY let me tell ya- if the lean cut was was moist and flavorful, I can only imagine how juicy and full of flavor the regular cut would have been... not to mention ms. Rose and Jay were very pleasant and welcoming. Keep up the great work. I will gladly drive a hour again to experience Grilling n chillin. P.S. I ALMOST FORGOT TO MENTION THE BROWNIES.... Please heed the warnings of the other disappointed customers. We saw an article and read the reviews of how good this place was. The website stated it was open at 12 we showed up at 12:30 to find it closed. We asked a worker who showed up a bit later what time it opened. She immediately said they were on summer hours and I should have checked the website. We informed her the website was incorrect.

The website also stated seating if you wanted to eat at the restaurant. Their searing was a splintered picnic bench and two random stools.

We ordered a rib plate, brisket and pulled pork, we tried the Mac and cheese, potato salad, baked beans, and coleslaw.

The ribs were bland, the brisket was dry with no flavor, the pulled pork was terrible too. The sides were even worse. The baked beans had a strong curry flavor, and inedible. The potato salad couldn’t be saved even with salt and pepper. The coleslaw had a weird unexplained flavor, and lastly the Mac and cheese wasn’t even worth eating. 80 dollars down the drain. Was famished after a day at the beach and was surprised to see this BBQ/Jamaican place with good reviews on Google Maps.

Decided to do a pick up order and upon arriving there were ZERO parking spots. Food wasn’t ready and honestly I did not expect a little hole in the wall. White older male who came to the front window had an attitude maybe because he was working alone on a holiday weekend 🤷🏽‍♀️

After taking the food back to the hotel I can see that my $50 meal was NOT in anyway worth it. The WORST Jamaican food I have ever had.. The best thing on that entire plate was the bread roll and the mac n cheese. Jerk chicken was off and so was the BBQ sauce just wasn’t what was expected, so basically the garbage can ate more than I did.
