Unhelpful lies about shipping here at USF.
I'm sure this is a function of the USF system and universities as a whole, but they certainly don't care about students at this bookstore. For example, when ordering online, their "1-day business class time saver" option also includes a 24-48 hour period for processing, so if you wanted your book on the day class started, it sucks to be you cuz you are absolutely out of luck. If you're a student that receives federal aid or loans, you definitely won't get it on time because your money won't be here til well after the semester starts.

Read moreHas the rudest, least helpful jerk I have ever talked to answering the phone. Refused to answer my questions or talk to me like a human being, and unwilling to provide any actual assistance with my problem. That call could have been over and gone completely without conflict if he hadn't been so condescending and antagonizing from the moment he picked up the phone. Learn some customer service skills! Or at least don't treat the students who rely on you with...

The restrooms are quiet enough to poop in and clean even though sometimes bums use them. I barely ever see children there which is always a good thing because all children should be eaten. The service here is kind of crappy though. The employees are always rude and impatient and have often been snippy at closing time (which is earlier than it should be) Sometimes they buy back books that SPC...
