First time visitor 5/19/23. UNACCEPTABLE that without no policy stated on ticket or anything while purchasing tickets that arbitrarily they're going to decide a no re-entry policy. The rude, heavy set, black guy at the doors made various excuses. I was told that previous events had no such policy. You can't just lock up the whole crowd, especially in between acts and during intermission. Unless the General Manager Joseph Santiago issues a valid reason why this happened, I will NOT buy tickets for anything here again. People were standing outside being ignored by all the door people. Pathetic display of customer service. Maybe a lawsuit would correct this asinine treatment of...

Amazing experience watching Sting and the Florida Orchestra in concert. You don't get better than that. We bought tickets in orchestra 2 area row 18. Great view. Funny part was the signs that said, no cameras or photos or you will be kicked out. I saw a few people approached at the start but that didn't stop some folks from doing it. Then everyone proceeded to take photos and recordings at the end, literally hundreds LOL. What were they going to do about it? Great night! Good location. You have to pay $10 for parking ( make sure you bring cash as no machine). You can't take water in either. You must buy it there....

What a perfectly sized theater! It was cozy and comfortable, seats were comfortable. We sat at the middle of the theater, but looking around, I thought, the seating at the lowest priced seattings were not bad at all, very do-able for the future references. Also, the walk from the parking lot to the building is not far at all, so I didn't see the big benefit for the use of valet parking. There were plenty of parking lot attendants, and service related people directing, no need for any confusion at anytime. They do the bag check, especially if you carry a larger bag( like my backpack). I highly...
