I’ve tried out multiple VR arcades, all the way from North Carolina to Missouri, and this is easily the best VR experience you could ask for. The amount of variety here is honestly shocking. And at $25/hr it’s honestly a steal (other places often start at $55 per game). They have: -VR racing with actual racing seats, steering wheels, gear shifters, and foot pedals. -Walking pads with foot trackers that allow you to walk and run in game (great for zombies). -Virtual soccer and golf stations (with actual balls) that are tracked as you hit them. -PS5 and PC stations. -VR pods that shake, rumble, and move you around as you sit in them. And a lot more! The customer service was exceptional! Very attentive and friendly staff who are always available to help. I didn’t try the food, but they also have snacks and drinks available.

Today was our first visit but it won't be the last! My oldest wanted an hour which I thought would be plenty, but he could've easily used 2 hours! I wish I could remember the man's name-he was a technical guy that was fixing an ear piece- he was a great help! He had lots of knowledge of each set up And knew how to help my kiddo get the most out of his visit. There were several options for VR play. I think we could have spent the better part of a day playing each. I'm grateful this is in Salem! We will be back with the whole crew!

Took my 15 yr old and his friends last night and EVERYONE had a blast!! Staff couldn’t be any nicer!! They literally were there every time my 5 yr old needed help and had no issue at all jumping in to show the kids how to work the equipment… so many options too !!! The mall was good but this is over twice the size!! And has pool tables and alcohol!!!! Good wings and the pizza for the party they ordered it hot and ready from dominoes!!! Definitely will be returning for family outings!!!

I had a wonderful experience yesterday with my son. It’s kind of a long review but it hits so much. -The guys who ran the shop were so helpful. They answered all my questions and helped my 11 year old choose a bunch of different things with his time. I rode the pods 2x and as someone with motion sickness, I greatly enjoyed the Opera one. It was smooth and very pretty. They have pod options for little kids as well. My son played as Spider-Man, he did a soccer simulator, and played Fortnite on a PC. I think his favorite was driving the race cars. If you’re a parent just supervising, there’s lots of places and comfy seating. They have drinks and snacks. They have comfy massage chairs as well. don’t be afraid to ask questions because the people who work there don’t make you feel stupid. It’s refreshing because many places like that tend to do so, but not here. It can be pricey but the experience is worth it. They have parties and group activities. There were people bringing in their own golf clubs! Lots of choices for the whole family. I’m a big girl, and I was able to sit inside the pods comfortably including the seat belt.

I hope you all...

I brought my son here for his birthday. We got the 2 pack family deal for 65.00. It looked like a really awesome place and it would have been great if the customer service wasn't so poor. The employees were not helpful, didn't explain any of our options my daughter spent 45 minutes playing minecraft because she didn't know her options and my son played 3 different games however did not have any guidance so it took him first 10 minutes to figure it out. At the end my son decided he would also like to play the PC. When I asked if I could pay for it and allow him to play the guy that is another 30 minutes. I said that is fine and paid he said well is he going to sit down and play. My son had issues in the waiting area of the game so wasted another 15 minutes but because the guy was so rude we didn't even bother asking for help. I think it could be a great enjoyable place for family's if the employees weren't so rude and acted like we...

The overall experience I have had at the VR center was decent to start off with. They have great games and systems to choose from. But as far as price goes, it is plain ridiculous. Way too expensive for the experience you are paying for. And aside from that their customer service is very poor. The employees here have a one track mind, and ignore half the people that come into this business while helping others. And as for their console repair abilities, they are terrible. I took my PS4 to have it repaired here and they had it for close to 3 weeks. And every time that I got it back they would have fixed one thing but would have broken another. Would never recommend that anyone take a console to get it repaired here. And their manager Todd Flood has barely any managerial skills that I can see. His personal skills are poorly lacking and nonexistent, and he is not very...
