Everything in the store itself was fine. Love the brand & products they sell regardless of the pricier price tag.
My one star review is from the absolutely horrid customer service my sister and I experienced when visiting. It was my sisters first trip in- looking to purchase her first pair of leggings from lulu (if you know- they’re not the most cost friendly choice). So expectations were set pretty high and we were excited to shop a little!!
Now I understand we’re in the middle of a pandemic, retail is a mess, and staffing is tricky. HOWEVER- That does not excuse the unprofessionalism that was displayed within this store on Saturday March 6th.
The employee helping us by the legging wall was incredibly rude. She went on to made snarky comments and digs towards my sister when she was genuinely inquiring about the difference in leggings on the wall!! The employee was insanely unhelpful when looking for sizing etc. I could go on and on, to sum it up.. it was CLEAR she was not there to help. With my sister being a new customer & already out of her element, we were so put off. Anyway, ended up putting everything back and left.
Super disappointing and we unfortunately won’t be returning to this...
Read more** Changing my review because the last few times I've been here the employees make you feel like you're inconveniencing them by asking for help. The last straw was when I was at this store right after Christmas and they charged my credit card twice. I called my credit card company the next morning when I noticed, so that I could verify that my card was in fact double charge. After confirming with them that yes, it was double charged I called this Lululemon store. This should be a quick fix, as I've had this happen before at Sephora. The manager I spoke with rushed me off the phone after telling me they looked at my guest profile and saw only one purchase from the night before. Not sure HOW exactly that info was going to help but whatever. He gave me the number of their "Guest Education Center" aka customer service (side note: how condescending can you be lululemon??) and when I explained the situation to the woman that answered the phone she told me she had no idea why I was given their phone number because they don't have access to each individual stores register history. She put in a help ticket and I got an email saying I would get a response within 48 hours. It's...
Read morebizarre experience in this store. their stock was extremely limited, which i guess can’t be helped. the thing that can be helped is customer experience. there were probably 6 other people in there along with myself. the only store associate who greeted/said goodbye to anybody was the man working at the cash register. a group of women in matching lulu outfits were gathered in the middle of the store loudly chatting and ignoring customers. (i mention the matching lulu outfits because that was the only thing that indicated that they even worked there lol). i saw two girls shopping and overheard them discussing something specific they were looking for, but they weren’t even able to ask an employee where it was, because the women working were so engrossed in gossiping about other lulu employees....
