Hollister Co. — Local services in Salem

I love Hollister and have always shopped online, yesterday I went into the store and stood in line or what I thought was the line since the people in front of me were called to the register from where I was standing. The cashier after calling the people in front of me, states that the line starts somewhere else that I needed to look on the floor and follow the arrows. I asked the cashier where was the sign that informed customers as sure and with attitude from the cashier I was told that the arrows were placed there for a reason that if there was arrows on the floor that I should learn to follow them. Clean and spacious store with a large variety of clothes and fragrances. Went in specifically to buy some perfumes and was pleasantly surprised to find them on sale. Other customers were rude and quite obnoxious but the cashier's were friendly, helpful and efficient. My only complaint would be how tight the walking-around-room is, walkways are tiny to begin with so the busy store was difficult to walk through. And that for the entire store, there was only two registers open so waiting to check out took a while, especially when other customers were making returns. Monica Quinones has an awful personality. On Black Friday she (Monica quinones) gave the worst customer I’ve have ever received. I had to ask the other cashier for her name because I was very upset with the language she was using and wouldn’t tell me her name when I said I wanted it to make a complaint. Then when I asked to speak to a manager she said “we don’t have one” which I also found out was her from the cashier.
