Prairieland Market — Attraction in Salina

I never had been in the place and thought it would be a place to get local items at a fair price. WRONG. The same kind of strawberries that are sold at local Dillons or Walmart costing from $1.98 to $2.50 cost a mere $6.99 at Praireland. How can you expect customers when you sell the same brand at such a high price. Vegies priced so high you could drive to Wichita and save money. Selection of items very limited and NOT LOCAL. I was greeted when I first walked in, really cool place. They have tons of meats KC strips, summer sausage pork ribs, sausage links, cured ham, and beef brisket. It doesn't end there locally grown popcorn and various organic options all the way from beans to oats to pasta.
