I came here around 1:15pm on a Saturday so that my son could spent time with his siblings. There just so happen to be a birthday party going on too. It was $12.99 for my son. Adults (2) who spectate is free. My son got a blue wristband that said Saturday on it. All sales are final.
It was very busy inside. They do have cubbies for shoes and jackets. They have 2 massage chairs for adults. There is a sitting area for eating. They have an ice cream venting machine and drinks for purchase. They also have other food and coffee for purchase. They do have a water fountain by the restrooms.
There is a ball pit area for younger children. They have a small arcade area along with a trampoline areas and a âninja courseâ. They have 3 party rooms for birthday parties.
Around 2:25pm, I got ordered the Summer Squeeze Lotus Lemonade ($4). Their desserts are made by different bakeries. I got a peanut butter cookie ($1.50). The cookie was made by Abigailâs, which is not far from this location. Both the drink and the cookie was tasty!
I noticed that most of the staff have grey shirts with the company name on the front. I think itâs cool how they have the staffâs name on the back of their shirts.
Another adult put a $5 bill in the basketball machine and it didnât give change or more than one credit⌠So beware of that.
We stayed about 3 hours. Around 3:30pm, it started to get less packed. Good experience. Thereâs...
Read moreI like to start all reviews with a positive. Our 11 y/o daughter did have a good time since this was her birthday weekend surprise. My youngest daughter is 3 and she enjoyed the kids area and running around. They do have a nice kids area thatâs intended for younger kids to allow them a safe place apart from older kids. For the negative, when we arrived my wife asked if we could purchase a pizza(s) and she was told they only had one left so she asked if we could order a pizza to bring in since they were out.. she was told no.. I went up to speak with the manager and while I waited in line I listened to the young girl at the register talking trash about my wife asking if we could bring a pizza in since they were outâŚ. I walked away⌠about 10 minutes later they all of a sudden had 12 pizzas- so we purchased 6 for our group of 6 ppl along with 7 drinks total (over 75$ spent)- No problem.. then my wifeâs mom stopped by to wish our daughter a happy bday and brought in some cupcakes, which we were quickly told were not allowed to eat inside. But they were nice enough and stored it in the back fridge so it wouldnât melt. All this to say, if you donât pay the 200$ for a party, donât take any food or drinksâŚand if they are out of food, whatever you do, donât ask if you can bring anything in⌠youâll probably get talked about like your a criminal⌠total of...
Read moreI don't normally write reviews but I'm going to this time because of Karen's running the place down. I have took my 14 month old twice and this past weekend went with my nieces, nephews, stepdaughter, and my daughter. Ages (2) 17, 14, 13, 10, and 14 months. Got into a debate on facebook about the cleanliness of this place. All of the kids have had a blast both times I went. I see nothing wrong with the cleanliness of this place. People on Facebook were downing this place and saying the one in mooresville was cleaner, I can't comment on the one in mooresville as I've never been there. But from what I have gathered the fun factory cleans just as much as that one does. My thoughts are that the fun factory is in a older building and it's not in mooresville where a bunch of rich Karen's live. Therefore Karen's want to put this place down. We have not gotten sick either time from going here and see nothing wrong with it. My only complaint would be the older kids going into the toddler section. I would like to see this place stay for years to come where I have somewhere to take my 14 month old to play, but if everyone keeps it up they may go under for no reason other than it's not new and fancy enough for the local white SUV Starbucks...
