Casa Decor — Attraction in San Angelo

I recently spent close to $10k on custom made furniture, and was very disappointed with the customer service. I ordered 4 barstools, a tv stand, a bed, a dresser and 2 night stands. The barstools had to be remade, as they looked nothing like the picture I sent them, they switched the measurements on the TV stand and dresses, which had to be remade, but I was charged the larger price for both, then when I got all the furniture home and started to assemble the bed, realized they made the bed rails the wrong size, and the whole support system for the mattress was missing. I contacted the owner and she said she was sorry and would have her builder send new ones. It took 8 weeks to get the new bed rails and when they arrived they were damaged, and they didn't send the support rails. I contacted the owner again, all she said was she was sorry, and would send me new conchos, and money for the support system, but didn't even address the damage to the wood. It's now been 8 weeks, still nothing. She just keeps saying shes waiting on the builders. No conchos or check. I do love my furniture, but it was definitely not worth the money I spent. The bed was over $3k and it was incomplete! With all the mistakes that were made, and only an I'm sorry for the inconvenience, I definitely won't be giving them anymore of my business. I plan on trying Santa Fe Furniture. They have similar items and do custom furniture as well. Maybe they have better customer service. So...

I've always enjoyed coming into this store. Late last year I ordered a table and chairs that was supposed to be in by a certain date. I called/emailed them a few times in the weeks and days prior to the arrival of the items. Each time they said it'll be here. We live several states away and came back for a wedding. We took our pickup instead of our car so we could haul it back with us. Long story short they never ordered it. Now they have all of our money and we have nothing. They said that they'd pay for half the shipping and they made it sound like they are doing me a favor by doing that. I tried to explain that I already had an extra cost by driving a vehicle that wasn't the most fuel efficient and that we aren't responsible for any extra cost. This all feel on deaf ears. We ended up canceling everything and did get our money back. This seems like a decent place to shop if they have it available at that time but I would not recommend ordering...
