A place like no other, at times magical, with a serene beauty and friendly charm. A special gift the city's forefathers and foremothers left for the people of San Antonio and her visitors. I often have to remind myself that I'm in the middle of Texas. So much history has happened here. So many different cultures represented with a very vibrant one being the most noticeable. Read moreThis is a pretty place on the river in San Angelo. Abundant shade at this time with handicap accessible picnic table. Due to the pandemic my family went through a drive-through and went to the river to eat rsther than dining in. While mid-October the temperature today was about 90. There was a nice breeze off the river. While I did not see it one of my adult children told me there was a nice water feature a short walk from where I had to sit down.
