Boots & Hats Outlet — Attraction in San Antonio

never again will I shop at this place, my partner and I would go often, I am very unsatisfied with the service they give to their customers. I was gifted a Ariat jacket for Christmas, yes since Christmas, took it for an exchange they didn't have it in stock ok that's fine, now I have to pay a shipping and a difference for the jacket that will be in stock on march 4th ok screw it ill wait and pay the cost, I've yet to get a call, I have to call to get an update and still till this day I'm waiting for my jacket to come in. Spoke with Lucy "the manager" who did say there is still a pending on my shipping, Lucy, did tell me I can either wait if I like what Ariat says or I can get a refund. Now I'm being told its expected to come on April the 14th but no telling when jacket will arrive in store, and I'm being told I will only be able to get store credit or wait because the manager Lucy did not access my account to know what's going so why even say certain words if you are not even sure smh... , makes no sense there's a difference between store credit and a refund, I have no choice but to wait for the jacket to come in, why would I want store credit, ill never shop here again, hopefully before the year ends I...

I have never shopped for clothing for the Stock Show & Rodeo before and figured an outlet might give me more bang for my buck.

The place was dated, but well stocked with tons of different cowboy hats, Aria clothing and boots. Not too much for the plus size girl in tops. You better be real cowgirl built to wear most of these clothes. Size 11 Cowgirl boots were limited & not too cute... the sales girl, did pull the small selection from the back & the one pair was creamy, fringe & sparkly! Just what I wanted!

The staff was VERY helpful, but the prices, did not reflect outlet prices or, to be fair, what I thought were outlet prices.

I purchased some bling for my hat, a shirt, $250.00 cowgirl hat - you read that right.. and 280.00 boots. It was a last minute purchase on the day of the rodeo and when the fantastic sales girl rung up the total.. I al.ost passed out...lol

I did look cute, the workmanship of the items looked good and I received a TON of compliments on my sparkly boots!

Who knew Cowgirl apparel was so pricey... next time I will go to the stores everyone told me to go to as well as not wait til the day of to purchase.

Such a cute place and honestly the sales were really good and the gentleman today was really nice. Me and my husband were made super uncomfortable though by one girl. One was super helpful in helping us find things but then another girl stopped working and just stared at us the entire time we were there which was a little over an hour. I did have a small backpack but I made my husband carry it while I was in the dressing room and whenever I took it off my back it was in full eyesight of her. She insisted she take our stuff to the front and followed us the whole time. We ended up buying some stuff but it was really uncomfortable considering we were in no rush but then just wanted to leave once she made it obvious.
