Zero stars if I could please fire drive through workers I turned in book on time during early election voting they act like I stole it whenever I turned it in drive through it's their fault someone else probably checked it out and it's my fault I'm being treated like a common criminal it's not my fault drive through isn't trained properly How do you lose a book I turn in on time? There wasn't any quiet space available. The only designated space available to study had three chairs and was already occupied. Another room was available but the site manager refused to let me use it as a study area because it was for conferences only. I told her since no one was in there if I could use the space and if others wanted a quiet study room, they could join as well. I added that if a conference was needing to take place in there, she could just have me leave, she shook her head. She told me the library was not designed for quiet areas, which is odd for a "library". I had higher expectations for this library. The only reason this place gets two stars is because they have cool events sometimes. But I'd still like that...

I used to come to the library to study. It is convenient to my home, and is a nice facility. However, the have not opened up their study rooms (closed-in) Since Covid.. They have to areas for “quiet” with a sliding door. This is my second time coming back post Covid to study. The librarian speaks in a full volume voice and will not allow those of us needing quiet to close the door nor use the empty room. I left very frustrated but came back hoping for a different experience, but this place is loud. The children are being children and the Senior Citizens are being Sr.’s but I just can’t understand professional staff being so discourteous and unhelpful. It’s unfortunate, especially when there is a sliding door they won’t use!...
