4 Stars for Frost in general. 1 star for the rude and unprofessional teller that deposited my check on 6.3.19 between 8:45am and 9. She didn't say Hi, welcome to Frost or anything. The plastic window covering the canister wouldn't come down and I called the teller and she answered with a Snarky Yes, Ma'am. I told her the situation and the window came down. I deposited my check and she didn't come back and ask if there was anything else that I needed and she didn't say Have a nice day. My Partner makes most of the deposits but Occasionally I do as well. My Partner and I have banked here for 11 years without issue at multiple locations. I get that someone may be having a bad day or issues at home that spill over into your job. I even get that you don't like every customer you have to deal with. I was in customer service for many years and I didn't like every single customer I dealt with either. I always tried to treat the customer with fairness and equality regardless of how I personally felt about them or what ever challenges I was having that day.
