Was picking up an order to deliver to a customer at 6 in the morning who informed beforehand that there were at least four other delivery drivers trying to pick up the same order for over an hour and left after waiting extended periods of times. Saw an employee inside and decided to proceed with the pickup, after about 15 minutes of waiting no one was to be found. Drove around the building a couple times to see if there was in fact anyone still inside and finally saw someone come out from the back. Informed the person I was waiting to pick up an order and was instructed to pull around to the drive thru, did so and the guy just went to the back and had me waiting for another 10 minutes while proceeding to mop the floor and never came back. Saw a woman come out from back and after knocking on the door for a couple minutes, was finally let in, the guy who told me to go to the drive thru deliberately saw me and had me wait outside before finally being let in by the woman. I informed that I was instructed to wait in the drive thru and after waiting without any assistance came to the door for somebody to help. Come to find out the customer's order was never started, and it looked as if they were getting ready to close the restaurant which was thought to be open 24 hours. Informed an employee what was ordered and after waiting for them to work on the order only half of the order was made, and they said they were out of some of the items and threw in extra drinks to try and remedy this. During all this the customer was messaging for updates and after informing about the order they were very upset with me even though I had been actively trying to get somebody in the restaurant to help with their order. This has been the worst possible experience and any place claiming to be open 24 hours should be readily prepared to do so. On a previous pickup when there were people working, the customer service has been terrible, and the staff at that time seemed angry at anyone coming around the drive thru. Tried to give this location a second chance, but after all of this I ended up losing out on money that could have been made had I decided to...
Read moreI visited this location earlier today, and it was probably my worst visit ever. I ordered two Jumbo Jacks (mustard instead of mayo) and an order of tacos. I wait a good 10 minutes or so for my food. Turns out they accidentally put cheese on my burgers when I asked for no cheese. I go back to the window and tell them that I did not ask for cheese. Then they have me pull up to wait for my remade burgers. After another 10 minutes, they only brought out one correctly made Jumbo Jack when it was supposed to be two. Before the guy goes back inside, I tell him to please get his manager. The manager on duty - Nicole - came out and I explained how I had been there for at least 20 minutes or so just to get two burgers and an order of tacos. I also asked why I only got one burger instead of two and if she was even communicating with her staff. She said yes and said how she was working on the other burger and then she got called out there. If she really was working on the other burger, then she should have told that other guy who brought me one burger to wait to make sure they remember both burgers. Nicole did not at all apologize for the inconvenience or anything like that. She displayed no professionalism and no management presence. She went back inside and then another 10 minutes later she brings me back my other burger. How/Why does it take 10 minutes to redo another burger? I told Nicole that this was very frustrating and that she needs to work on her management skills. As I was driving off, she replied that I need to work on my people skills. You don't tell a customer that! If restaurant management is reading this, I hope you really work on rectifying the lack of professionalism and disorganization at...
Read moreI've never known a fast food restaurant make me wait in the Drive-Thru for +10 minutes without having yet taken my order. and that was after we walked in the lobby behind other people, and then they told us they were closed when we walked up to the counter. Homeless people, dogs, and people without shoes were hanging out in the lobby without any issue. But for this to be a 24-hour place and not locking the door,
I don't know what I did to be excluded in be asked to go through the drive-thru. With the 25 minutes waiting for food, I have plenty of time to watch the police come in and kick everybody out of the lobby. Somebody else must have reported what was going on.
And on top of it all it must have been during a shift change because the person at the drive-thru window had no idea what they were doing, kept saying "can you give me a moment please" "thank you for coming to Jack In The Box do you mind waiting". Over 15 minutes later we got through the drive-through, and still had to wait another 9 minutes for food to come out to us. And the person that ran the food out to us from the drive-thru window, still forgot half the order.
If it wasn't for the friend of mine that wanted to come to Jack In The Box, I would have literally pulled out of the drive-thru after the first asked to wait, and gone down three blocks to the Whataburger that never makes me wait and practically always gets my order right...
