I regret to say that my experience with "The Tech Guy" has been nothing short of disappointing. Despite numerous attempts over the past two weeks to contact the owner/company via messenger through various social media sites, I have received no response whatsoever. Additionally, I have made over six visits to the location after seeing it listed as "open" on both their website and Google, only to find the doors locked for several consecutive days.

This level of unreachability and unresponsiveness is unacceptable, especially for a business that offers services where ongoing support may be necessary. It raises serious concerns about the reliability and availability of their services, should one actually decide to purchase them.

It pains me to leave such a negative review for a company that came highly recommended, but my firsthand experience leaves me with no choice. It is my hope that "The Tech Guy" addresses these issues promptly to ensure a better experience for...

When the 6k box is in boot mode, it locks up due to major problems. It has been a long time and havent received any replacements. I know the company knows about these problems, but still sells them. There are 2 boxes I bought at different times, and they replaced one of them. All 3 boxes are now locked in boot mode. In my opinion, they last about three months at most, as said by another poster. It has been several months since I have been without TV service, and replacements have not yet been shipped. Their concept of streaming (TTG streaming) is great. There are other more reliable streaming services available. Don't buy TTG If they know there are failure issues with the box, they shouldn't sell it. The masses will file lawsuits against them if they don't get their act together. Caution! They have terrible customer Service when it comes to faulty products. Do NOT BUY THERE 6k box it only last 3 months if your lucky🚧 then when you send it back it will sit in their shop for 3 months before you get a new one back😫 they only care about selling to new customers first and then take care of old customers last.
