I regret to say that my experience with "The Tech Guy" has been nothing short of disappointing. Despite numerous attempts over the past two weeks to contact the owner/company via messenger through various social media sites, I have received no response whatsoever. Additionally, I have made over six visits to the location after seeing it listed as "open" on both their website and Google, only to find the doors locked for several consecutive days.
This level of unreachability and unresponsiveness is unacceptable, especially for a business that offers services where ongoing support may be necessary. It raises serious concerns about the reliability and availability of their services, should one actually decide to purchase them.

I know the company knows about these problems, but still sells them. There are 2 boxes I bought at different times, and they replaced one of them. All 3 boxes are now locked in boot mode.
