On July 13, 2023 I went grocery shopping as usual at HEB. On my way to the check out registers I slid and had to grab my basket/cart and did the split to keep from hitting the floor. I had spine surgery several months ago so I surely did not want to hit the floor... I looked down and there was lotion or soap (white) all over the floor and I told an employee that they need to clean this up before someone gets hurt as I almost fell. I went to the register and asked for a supervisor and I spoke to Moe and told him that I had just had back surgery a few months ago and almost fell because there was stuff all over the floor.. He just took my name and number down on a piece of paper and said they will follow up with me. I checked out then went back to the area where I Slipped and they had it cleaned up but not all of it and the supervisor moe was there and asked me where it happened. He never asked if I was ok or if i was injured...I never heard back from them so the next day I called up there to HEB and I spoke to Jesse qho hung up on me once i explained the situation to him..I called back and got Javi whom was a meat manager and he transferred me to Mark whom I explained what happened and he took all my information down and stated they would follow up with me and nothing..so last Friday I went back to shop for some items and spoke to another manager and she called moe and they called someone else who stated that he did get my report.i said nobody ever followed up with me..what happened to incident reports in case something comes up later or something triggered my surgery..I said I would hate to have to report you all. He said I promise we will call you monday..a week later to today, August 13, 2023, AN ENTIRE MONTH LATER, I have not heard from anyone. This is UNACCEPTABLE HEB!! 1. I spend way too much money with your chain, I give you all alot of my hard earned money every 2 weeks and have since I was a young adult. 2. I used to be an employee of HEB when I was in High School so the dedication goes back decade's 3. This is terrible business and terrible accountability taken on your end as a company. Why treat your customers or anyone this way when you were negligent in the matter. A simple follow up to ensure I was ok or if I need anything or even an apology would be expected. NOBODY had any Empathy nor compassion un the matter and lacked to even care that I was put in this situation. I am highly disappointed in this company and theie actions are completelyUNACCEPTABLE! I took a picture of the floor after the employee wiped the floor up and the manager Moe was standing there asking me where it occurred. I will...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreToday, Monday, February 17, 2025, around 1:00 p.m., I again went to the Flaming Bird HEB located at 10718 Potranco Rd. My family and I have been customers of this HEB for many years. I would never have imagined writing a bad review of HEB since I am aware of the support this company provides to the community. Thank you very much! However, I will not continue to ignore the poor customer service that Persefeni, an employee of Flaming Bird, has repeatedly provided to me and my family. Persefeni has given me dirty looks on multiple occasions and responds to me in an unfriendly manner. In addition, she dares to criticize me while I see her from afar, saying things about me to other employees (I cannot hear what she says, but I do see the angry gestures she makes). All of this has been happening for a few months now. From the day I went to buy chicken combos and asked her to serve me some fresher macaroni and cheese (not dry like the ones they were serving). That's why she got mad at me. Also, I asked her to put a little more cheese on the macaroni and cheese and she refused to do that too. I assumed that was left behind. But it's not. That's why, today, I decided to write this public review. So that someone from the company knows what's going on and does something. Today, February 17th, when I went to buy a chicken combo, Persefeni didn't want to serve me (she was serving another customer, and I was next). Instead of serving me, she turned around and went to True Texas BBQ to say things about me to another worker (again, I saw her making angry gestures and looking dirty). Then, the other worker came to serve me. This behavior from this employee makes me feel humiliated (because I am offended by the fact that she helped another person who was there before me and did not help me), embarrassed (because she is talking about me to the other employees), and leaves me in a bad mood. Please, I would like my opinion to be taken seriously because I will continue to go to this HEB to shop. I would not like to continue to have to endure these irresponsible acts and/or poor service from this employee. This causes me stress, offends me, and embarrasses me. Thank you...

HEB has always been our Favorite so when we travel itās hard to shop anywhere else because the selections, quality and Customer Service are not up to our HEB standards. HEB sets such high quality standards that their is no comparison. That is why we were disappointed on Monday when we approached the Fish Counter. Everyone there seemed busy and finally a young man stepped up from whatever he was doing and asked what we wanted. OK! I asked for two pounds of the headless Wild Caught Shrimp. He proceeded to fill the order and I noticed he only put one pound of shrimp in the bag. I got his attention and let him know we had ordered 2#s. I read his eyes and he seemed to have gotten upset. At that point my wife asked for 1/2 a pound more. He stared briefly at me and proceed to fill the order putting a lot of ice in the bag with the shrimp. Hmm! Iām not buying ice, Iām buying shrimp. Time stamp on the receipt was 9:36 a.m. I let him continue and rather confront the individual we ātook took our punishmentā and kept on shopping. I got home and separated the shrimp from the ice. He had put 6 ounces of ice in the bag with the shrimp. I wondered how many times he had done this to other customers. Since he had an Apron on it covered his name tag so we couldnāt get his name.
