MAUC does good work but they should be called Section 8, or Arab communities since that’s what they turned their Stonehouse apartments in. Property is at it’s worst then ever before. It was nice till they moved those Arab refugees here and each family has 4 or more kids, they are outside since 7 am till late at night, screaming and yelling and running everywhere. None of them works they’re all section 8 and live off the government, and we who are living here for years have no piece day or night. No point complaining to the office because they said that is apartment living but TX LAW says that piece and quiet is required everywhere by the law. Rent is $900 for 2 bedroom so much for low income working families that never can rest or have a piece here. Filled complaints with city and the state, including the Senator office. This peasants people are dirty and they need to be moved out to their own communities. Kid’s should be in school instead of roaming apartment complex screaming and yelling all day. She is the most unprofessional, uneducated, hateful person. She makes up rules and policies for her own convenience and threatens people with eviction for the most minor of offenses, all while ignoring the HUGE issues within that community I.e graffiti , car break ins, fights ..... she clearly has a Napoleon complex and thinks as a property manager she’s a God.
