This place has come a long way and with the new upgrades they had done, I say it gave the theatre a better appearance. Conveniently located and sufficient parking, now this a place to come watch a movie. You no longer have to wait in a long line to buy tickets, you can conveniently purchase them online or at the ticket kiosk. This makes it easier and faster to get your tickets. You also can have the option of purchasing tickets with assigned seating. Love this feature. Makes it easier to find your seats and you know for sure you have your own seat and not worry about others taking your spot. They still have the snack bar but has been made over better appeal than before. Prices can be a little high for certain food items. Popcorn now you fill it up at their popcorn station on your own. Their drink station is nice too, has the soda machine that makes selecting your drink easier. They also added a bar area for those adults who are wanting to relax more during their movie or before. New seating area as well and so far their restrooms are clean. There is also a game area to let the kids play some video games if you are early. Inside seating in the theaters are with reclining seats a big plus with attached small table, so you can easily eat your food without spilling it. Sound system is better I actually feel like I'm part of the movie and I can hear all the words that are spoken. Overall, customer service is helpful but could work on more organizational skills especially when it comes to knowing how long an order is going to take or making sure they are not running out of food like the hot dogs not putting more out to be ready or making fresh pizza. Other than that experience was nice and will...
Read moreAbsolutely the worst possible level of customer service to ever exist. We had Gione out for an evening with seven grown adults ranging from the age of late 50s to early 40s and had a six hundred dollar dinner prior to going to the movies. While eating in line to purchase one beer per each of the more than old enough grown individuals we were approached by Mary an older woman who claimed to be the manager on duty. She was beyond rude. To be precise no level of hospitality for individuals spending a decent amount of money to see a movie and purchase drinks and snacks averaging a minimum of 49 to 60 dollars at seven individuals at a theater that is out dated when places like palladium or regal Huebner exists no more than 10 minutes away. Mary was rude non emotional. Didn’t offer any level is hospitality or a plus customer service when such an expenditure and value to the clientele is at stake/. She continue to press the persona and attitude doubling down on the concept that she was doing her job. I asked for the GMs name which she stated was Matt Bradford but then stated that she wa the manager and muttered under her breath that nothing would be done. In this day and age when people hard earned dollars are at stake with so many options. Someone like this doesn’t belong in a position let alone a job that requires common human decency with a touch of expert level common sense to realize when your wrong and back down. Be apologetic and near neutralize the situation. Just a brief synopsis of the small interaction that took place but was more than enough to ensure that this place slowly dwindles more than it already has in the...
Read moreMy husband and I had ourselves "date night" on Wednesday to watch the 9:40pm showing of "US". During the CLIMAX of the movie, the entire screen went pitch black. We could only hear audio, but could not see the picture. This occurred for 5 minutes until another customer had to get up from his seat to make the staff aware of the issue. Upon arriving back to the theatre (2mins afterward), the man whom was a customer, stood up and let us all know that the staff would rewind 5 minutes back into the film to see what we had missed. Of course, they did NOT. Instead, they continued to play the film even when we did not view about 8mins of it. So we were left confused with what was going on in the movie, and had no choice but to assume what we may have missed. This entire incident ruined our movie experience. Not only were we INCONVENIENCED, but the staff did not apologize nor did they KEEP THEIR WORD by rewinding the film for us. That in itself is poor customer service. I would think twice about spending my money here again. Afterall, missing important scenes of a movie you PAY FOR and the employees being completely oblivious to issue where the customer has to bring it to their attention, is a waste of our hard...
