Terrible experience! My father passed away last year and G4F was hired by my insurance company (through a contractor) to store my father's pool table as an while his house was being renovated. So all of the storage and transportation was paid for by the insurance. But when it came time to bring it back, I got an upsell run-around. It wasn't a fancy pool table. It was old, but it had sentimental value to my sons. I asked to have it transported to my son's house and paid the extra $$. But they wanted to leave it in pieces even though they were already paid by the insurance to assemble it. Then they tried to upsell me one of their tables because my dad's table wasn't 'worth the effort.' It's pretty tacky to hear sales tactics like this when they knew full well that my father died. After weeks of back-and-forth and excuses over and over, I finally called the general contractor and complained.
