Bought Matinee tickets online for 7.25 each and 3 dollar fee. Still cheaper than look theatre in redlands or Hawkins which are 10 each plus fees. Regency in San Bernardino can be cheaper but is significantly smaller than this regal. Security guard outside seen around 4pm but not around 6pm Lots of parking here. at night i saw lots of people smoking in the lot so maybe not as kid or asthma friendly compared to other theaters. Didn't try the food or drinks but they're available. Bathrooms are fine and accessible. Could use those foot handles to open closed doors so i don't have to touch handles that everyone touched without washing hands. The theatre is nice seats plenty and clean. Not the most comfy. Didnt try recliners just stadium style folding cushioned seats. No problems with the film showing.

I give it two stars because it's close to home, the seats are semi luxury they rock back and forth, the parking lot is sketch , a likely place to get your car broke in to , homeless , crazy people wondering around the cars. Inside, it was dead on a Saturday night. You pay inside at a kiosk, the staff is nice . However, I went to theater 3 to see beyonces documentary nobody was in there but me . Just I didn't mind . But I was hearing some rattling close by like paper, and I knew i was the only one in there. I looked down the aisle of my seat H7, a mouse eating something at the end of roll. I must have jumped up so quickly and sat on the rail, keeping my feet up to finish the documentary. The documentary was 3 hours long, and I had like 30 more minutes. So they have rodents . Which is nuts 😳

I don't often get to the movies. When I do it's with my kiddo(s). The staff is always friendly and on their game. This evening I observed a young man being trained. He was helping me and the young lady was friendly, patient and was treating him as her equal rather than her subordinate. You could tell she was putting him at ease with her guidance and that is so uncommon anymore. Kudos to whomever trained her on training. The theatre we watched our movie in was perfect for the small crowd viewing this flick. Although the audience was small, the space was still cared for and treated as thoughthere was going to be a full house all night. Great job management with leading instead of just managing!

My experience today was one for my record books. Theater experience itself was acceptable; however, once seated in the theater it was a nightmare! First off the audience was mainly younger crowd. I missed half of the movie due to all the talking, it was overwhelming. Now I understand that everyone has the right to go to any theater at any time, however, I believe it is your companies responsibility to make all of your customers comfortable. Perhaps have one of your employees walk inside and listen for problematic people, i.e noisy, inappropriate language or behavior and make them aware of their actions. I was extremely excited to see the movie but was very disappointed at the lack of supervision inside the theater. Instead of having nightmares about the movie I will have nightmares about my experience. I highly recommend to, again, have someone take care of problematic individuals who ruin the movie for everyone else. The back of the ticket reads, "Management reserves the right to designate where the holder of this ticket shall be seated," so why not also add, "management reserves the right to escort out any problematic individual(s)." This I say, I will never go to this chain ever again and will make all of my family and friends aware of this experience. I hope this comment is taken seriously because I do believe your clients are greatly diminishing due to lack of awareness of what happened once the light go off and the...

Ok so I have been to this theater before and usually they are on point get you in the door quick and get you thru concession pretty quick too. We'll yesterday , Saturday April 16th, 2016 was by far the worst experience I have ever had at any movie theater. First it took my fiance 20 minutes to get the little bit he got from concession and that's just standing in line . Second I went up there to get something for my nephew and waited over 30 mins in line and the women at the concession goes and gets me a kids combo trey and puts it on the counter she I guess didn't put on the counter all the way and it fell on the floor so she picked it up off of the floor and puts it back on the counter to try and give it back to me and I looked at her and said "I hope your not planning on giving that back to me" and she then goes and gets me a new one. Well let me just say regency may be small but they give way better customers service then Regal and they are way more organized than Regal. But all that didn't get me half as mad as the fact that the person at door doesn't even pay attention to the tickets now when I worked for regency we were told to always look at the tickets and make sure they fit the group of people if it says 1 child and 2 adults then look and see there is 1 and 3 adults then obviously there is a problem. All I have to say is GET IT...

I couldn’t believe my eyes I was terrified my daughter also saw it. I’m still in disbelief, I’m sad I won’t be able to go there again I’m mad I feel like my favorite place was taken from me and I’m disgusted!!! I told the manager and when I did, she didn’t seem surprised she said I’ll have somebody go check then she said I’ll give you your money back for the tickets well I just got three credits but you think imma go back and use them mostlikely I’m not.
