Regency Sterling Theatre — Attraction in San Bernardino

My family and I moved to the area about 2 years ago and have been coming since. We have had a great experience until recently. I believe the employee's name is Georgette. She has been giving my daughter grief over popcorn purchases and I have brushed it off and thought maybe the employee was having a bad day. It happens. Today, I came in to get popcorn and only popcorn. This is a common occurrence in our household about once or twice a week. I purchased a large popcorn, which comes with a refill. The employee became hostile when I simply place my extra bag from home (marked as used at the bottom) on the counter and asked her for my refill. She said the bag had already been redeemed for the refill. I said yes but I'm purchasing a large popcorn now and I would like to use it as my refill bag. She didn't respond, rolled her eyes and marked the new bag for my refill redemption, grabbed the bag aggressively. Great. She fills up my refill bag and fails to fill it to the top. I asked her to fill the bag to look like the first one, which was overflowing to the top. She might as well have put her hand in the popcorn maker and dumped it in my bag. That's how much she added. We have had wonderful experiences here especially with one of the managers there who has gotten to us and asks if we are here for popcorn when we come in during the week. I'm saddened that if this happens again, we won't be buying popcorn or coming to this theater. I'd rather go somewhere else where I'm not inconveniencing an employee for doing her job. I've been patient and reasonable to brush it off but it's time to get it together. Customer service is important and until today, for me, I'm upset at the attitude and unprofessional...

I haven't been here for years. I decided to do the T-Mobile Tuesday promotion with Atom for $2. The drinks are kind of pricey but you're allowed to get refills. I was surprised they still had the $1.50 hot dog deal. The screen room I went to was small. Not many people were there I guess it's because it's on a Tuesday. I know they have 2 bigger screen rooms but my room had about 4 to 5 rows. The screen itself was good enough size. It's not stretched out or wide which I liked. The digital video projection was really crisp even for a movie like Jackass Forever. The seating is very comfortable with lots of space and a lot better than Regal Cinema RPX. They have a two button controller on each seat that makes the seat electronically recline along with the leg rest. They do have reserve...

They don't refund online service fees if you cancel your ticket even though they're saying on their phone recording system that we don't charge service fee when you purchase online (regency theatre app or website). SMH 🙄

Updating - YES, they refunded $2.00 after I explained/spoke with the theatre general manager Claudia (she's super nice, understandable and professional), she will contact her corporate office about this incident and update their phone recording system.

San Bernardino Regency Sterling Theatre is okay to watch movies (very comfy seats but not cleaned as I saw in reviews). Their movie ticket prices are acceptable because not expensive like others. I'll definitely...
