Unethical company, Don't use their services!!!!
After giving them business for three years, even though I had one bad experience with them before, I thought to give them one more chance, but they blew it. This year for our Church festival, I placed same order as last years: 3 jumpers, generators and margarita machine with margarita mix, but this year i requested no generators because we have installed electric outlets for the jumpers, so as soon as the I told the owner of Comic Jumps MOHSIN that goes by Mo to remove the generators, he went ahead and added an over night charge that he never charged us for in previous years, and when I talked to him about it he stated that he had to make money somehow. That was something I did let slide even though those charges were for $260. Then I told Mo and Katie ( his wife I guess), that I did not need margarita mix for the machine because someone donated the mix, and they responded that no other mix would work for that machine, so they convinced me to buy one mix and another came at no charge with the machine. On Friday sep 28, we got the delivery on timely manner by their driver Victor who did a great job, and Victor told the person that received the equipment while 4 other people were standing there that he did not have any margarita mix and that Mo would deliver them next day on Saturday. On Saturday I called Mo and Victor with no response, and I did the same on Sunday, and i have my phone call log that proves that, even though Mo accused me of lying to him and that there were no messages left. I also had another person standing next to me when I left Mo the message.
Sunday night Victor came to pick up the equipment in a small van where 4 of our church volunteers had to help him to be able to fit all the equipment in that van, and when he knew that we did not get the margarita mix on Saturday he was surprised.
So Mo called me on Monday upset that there was no check given to his driver, even though Katie agreed on mailing the check to them after the festival is done.
And again he accused em of lying and that Katie did not tell me that.
So anyways, I told him to adjust the invoice by taking out the margarita machine and the mix, and he refused by telling me that I did not want the mix, he forgot that he told me that the machine came with one at no extra charge, and that his machine did not work with any other mix. and he insisted to keep the charges because we never called him instead of saying he never put the effort to check his messages and call us back. And he wanted us to still pay for it because we kept the machine for the weekend......
So our church secretary was misinformed and sent him the check in full including his $100 discount that he gave us every year even this year it was on the invoice quotation he emailed to me, and he took that discount out, and since then it has been a week we have not heard back from him and we never received our $495 refund of extra charges.
On top of that, the day he got the check which was Tuesday ( 2 days after the festival) hand delivered to his business, he sent me an email call me names because I mentioned the reviews I read on Yelp.
This Comic Jumps, Mo & Katie, are very rude, very unprofessional, they have no personal morals, and no business ethics. I really wonder how they lasted that long in business. And they are very bad in responding to their messages and phone calls.
I was not planning to write a review, but then I could not let this guy fool other people as he fooled.
He lost my business, and all the businesses that I referred to him in the past.

I received an email from the business on 9/29/20 advising they were unable to deliver due to Covid-19. I responded via email on 9/29/20 asking about a refund. I did not receive an answer. I called them on 9/29/20 and left a voicemail, without a call back. I filled out the contact us form as well and did not receive a response. On 9/30/20 I called again and chose a the prompt for if you currently had an issue with an item and Jacob answered. He advised me they had put in for a refund and I would see it on Thursday 10/01/20. I asked him for a confirmation number, which he would not provide me. I asked for the owners contact info, which he would not give me. He then told me my $220 was not important enough for him or the owner to deal with and hung up on me. I have still not received my refund to this date. I have left 3 more voicemails, and an additional email, and no one will return my call. They are thieves and fraudulent. Considering the amount of people that seem to have had the same experience with money being stolen, I'm not sure how they have not had criminal charges brought...
Read moreI rented a jumper as well as a cotton candy machine for my nephew and niece's 1st birthday party at a park. The jumper was fine, but the cotton candy machine was placed on dirt. Inside the cotton candy machine was a plastic bag with all the flavored syrup. I didn't have access to a fountain or sink to rinse the inside of the cotton candy machine, and I was not able to use the machine. It was so dirty from the dirt! I spoke to the gentleman who dropped it off and told him that it's dirty and that I cannot use it, and he told me to call the Comic Jumps office to let them know. He did not take it back with him. As the host of the party, I was running around making sure the party was running smoothly, and did not have time to call the Comic Jumps office. I called the next day, and they refused to refund me because I did not have the driver take it back with him. I still had it in my position and "rented it". The receptionist Moe was very unprofessional, and he did not let me speak to any supervisor. He straight up told me there was no way to get my refund. $60 dollars down the drain, and the children didn't get any cotton candy. I was not going to...
