Core Total Fitness — Local services in San Carlos

I've been to a lot of gyms all over the south bay and peninsula during my few months of class pass, because there was always something lacking. Franchises have quality equipment but are dull and lack spirit, boutique gyms have great spirit and coaches but usually lack quality equipment, many places are good for beginners but their classes don't cater to more advanced folks,.. etc. Congratulations for Core Total Fitness for checking all the boxes, with quality equipment, a nice space, the right ambience with good music and lots of sunlight from huge windows, great spirit, and most importantly an awesome workout plan that catered to all levels...

I've been working with Elliott for the past 6 years and I absolutely love him. Without him I would never have been able to strengthen my body the way that I have and most likely would still be suffering with upper back and nerve pain.
