Li'l Couture Salon — Attraction in San Carlos

I drive from Daly City to bring my daughter to this place. The stylist is friendly, professional, and very sweet with my daughter. She consults with me, along the way, to see if I'm happy with the cut. Mind you, it's a quick trim most times, and all she does is wet the hair with a spray bottle, and trim off the ends. Even so, I'm happy, my 5 year old is happy, and it's a good experience. I have had her do one short cut of my girl's hair once, and it came out so cute. We were all really happy with the results. We've been trying to grow out her hair since then, but it's so fine, I think it's better off as a short style, so we will be going back soon for...

My wife and I are not happy with the outcome of the haircut. We brought in our 7mth baby in and asked for bangs. The person that helped didn't communicate well what she was doing and when she asked if we wanted the bangs below eyebrow level we asked for just above her eyebrows. She went almost an entire inch above the eyebrows and not just that they ended up crooked when we inspected them she said that once with water they would look even... unfortunately they dont.

I cannot reccomend this place and I cant think of coming back.

Was 5mins late for my toddlers appointment, and was told to wait till he saw the next appointment. I was happy to wait as it was my fault for being late. After waiting 25mins we were told he can't see us and come another time. He got us to wait for no reason, if he told us we missed our appointment when I walked in that would have been reasonable. But to get us to wait and then tell us he can't see us was very frustrating. Especially when getting a child mentally ready for a haircut isn't easy. The way he spoke to us was rude & definitely won't be going back...
