My boyfriend and I tried a spin class here. I thought the instructor was confusing to follow- he would shout commands every now and then, but wouldn’t show us how to do them. You also cannot see your speed displayed on the bikes, so it’s difficult to gauge your performance. I’ve tried spin classes in other studios in the past, but it had been a while. The staff came in to show me which bike I was on. I was struggling to get my cycling shoes into the pedals, and the staff just walked away instead of guiding me.

At the end of the class, my boyfriend expressed his disappointment with the class, and the manager gave us two complimentary class passes to try another class. You can only sign up for classes on their website, and there’s no option to sign up without paying upfront. I first called the studio, and was instructed to email Vienna, the manager. After no response, I sent a follow up email. She said she would “add the credits to our accounts”. They were never added to my account. Disappointed with Policies and Customer Service I am a new member that started in March and while I enjoyed the classes and instructors, my overall experience has unfortunately been overshadowed by rigid policies and lack of flexibility for members.

The cancellation and no-show policy is extremely strict, and while I understand the need for structure, it feels more punitive than fair — especially when class spots are so limited. It’s been difficult to consistently book classes due to the lack of space, which only adds to the frustration.

What was most disappointing, however, was the refusal to pause or refund my membership while I’m away on a two-month vacation. I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable — just some understanding and flexibility for a situation I communicated well in advance. Instead, I was met with a flat “no,” which really shows a lack of regard for loyal customers.

I hope the studio reconsiders how it handles situations like these in the future. Until then, I unfortunately can’t recommend it to others who value responsive and accommodating...

Love this boutique fitness studio. So happy that they opened up so close to me. I haven’t taken spin classes yet, but I’m a fan of their sculpt class and yoga classes. The team is friendly and welcoming. Beautiful and clean space. I like that the classes are intimate and exclusive. The studio space is on the smaller side, not like a factory style gym where you are pressed together in a space with dozens of other people. Luxurious showers and amenities. Love the eucalyptus towels at the end of class. I’m thrilled that they have cold pressed juices and healthy salad bowls too. And the cookies! Yum! It makes it so easy to eat healthy after doing something good for myself. And there is parking- there is a lot and lots of street parking near by which is rare...
