Female working July 2nd 5pm Ruined my daughters birthday mood Not helpful condescending sense an attitude so I gave one back Everything she was saying was not customer service friendly it was VERY sarcastic from jump My daughter ask for container points to which she wants I come over and thinking there’s confusion there’s not I said oh she wants that container She says what it’s called I said oh ok we wouldn’t know name I can tell this is going to go well but thinking that’s just that isolated incident Than she ask do you want scoops or feel the cup I then ask well how much is it she points to menu I’m like what ?? How much is it simple question here So IT STARTS SHE HAS MAJOR ATTITUDE And it’s so like subtle because it’s sarcastic She flips everything on you has an answer for everything I than say well how much is the container since she doesn’t want to say how much everything is as I can’t find it on menu now mind you I have learning disabilities and also Chiari malformation 1 (brain injury) I’ll bring one of these up later She AGAIN says on menu I’m like oh hell no What is with this B I said you know what you are so rude I sense attitude it’s my daughters birthday let me put it this way since it’s soooo difficult WHICH ONE IS CHEAPER then she repeats well idk which you want im like ugh the going in circles with her so weird What is her deal She than says I just don’t expect kids to get the whole container I said well it’s her birthday so she can get what she wants and she isn’t your kid now is she ?? I’m getting her what she wants Then yet again always has a rebuttal answer My mom would do the same Then I’m like is there manager here anyone else who’s more knowledgeable since you can’t help me She said I’m all alone here I’m like great I said you have been very rude condescending sarcastic Say refer to menu when you work here and should have better customer service skills I said what if I’m dyslexic WHICH I ACTUALLY AM Instead of being sympathetic and FINALLY answering price which now mind you I never wanted to know to begin with I was gonna get my daughter the whole container PERIOD whatever it cost only she brought it up She than YET AGAIN with her answer for everything Says I gOt DySlEXiA too

I’m like ahhhhh f* it at that point DONE She is or zero help and ruined it I said lets go to my daughter Then as we walk out she says I hope you have a good birthday Still adding insult to injury Just to mess with me So I flip her off

More expensive and less tasty here than a pint of the average ice cream at any other regular store... ditch it and go to a 7-11 or grocery store instead, for sure... a pint of decent flavored ice cream that melted on the 7 BLOCK drive home, not even 2 minutes. The guy weighed it and I don't think he was paying attention or maybe he was but the scale is weighted or something but trust me that was nothing close to a full pint.

He then charged us and as we left, I noticed he had placed the pint in the paper bag face DOWN. Oh man. I felt kinda bad for the guy though. He was totally alone and seemed really, really tired.

So my first time ever going to a Baskin Robbins and I am 51. Went there because of a $2 off T-Mobile promotion. It was 8 pm when I arrived. The place was actually pretty busy although you could find a seat. The gentleman behind the counter politely asked what I wanted, I told him no clue and first time in their store and he could not have been nicer, offering my samples and advise. Great service from him and made for a positive experience. Always so nice when someone tries to help and seems to care. Did not get his name but he was an African American guy.
