Champagne Spas — Attraction in San Diego

We had our old Jacuzzi for almost 18 years (very frequent use) and it was time for a new one. We shopped around at the different Spa dealers in San Diego and narrowed it down to Champagne Spas in Kerney Mesa. They seemed to be most knowledgeable and have a big selection and good quality spas. Karen was super helpful showing us the different options and narrowing the Spa model down to our needs. We ended up buying the Antigua 45. We are extremely happy with it and use the Spa several times a week. Our electricity bill has gone done some with the new Spa even it has one more pump and bigger pumps than our old Spa, but with the much better insulation of the new Spa the heater does not need to come on that often. We keep the temperature setting always at 98. So most of the time the Spa is at 100 and we can go in at any time. The Spa cover that comes with it is also very nice. I ordered one product from this retailer located at 5710 Keamy Villa Road, San Diego CA 92123. Spa Essentials Brominating Concentrate 2 lbs. Retailer sent me my one product but later claimed in an email that I ordered 2 products and they claim they shipped 2 products. Unfortunately for retailer, only one product was shipped. I have required Spa And Pool Store to reverse their duplicate charge. They have stated, without proof, I ordered the same product for them twice on 9.9.20. I have no use for four pounds of the product. At 1.5 teaspoons per week it would take over 4 years to use up, if the product would last that long.they shipped 2 products. Just wanted to say thanks to everyone at Champagne spas for always being so professional and friendly when we come in to purchase chemicals, or when I call and have a question about my spa. I've been a Sundance Spa owner for over 25 years. I upgraded to the newer Optima in 2003. To this day, it’s truly been one of the best investments we have ever made. We spend so much time as a family in our spa.. We love our Sundance spa and wouldn't do business with any company other than Champagne Spas. Over the past years, I've had the opportunity to meet Amanda, Karen, Mom & Jason. They truly treat you as though you are family.
