LOVE DETROIT STYLE PIZZA!!!
I'm all about texture...Detroit style pizza has those crispy cheesy edges have such a delightful gentle crunch! The dough is thick yet airy and crispy. The sauce has nice fragrant robust tomato flavor. It's all so good! I've ordered by the slice and by the whole pan...the later is fresher and crispier, and its almost like buying 3 slices and getting 1 for free. Plus the Angry Pete's Detroit style pizza is so good, and my belly is so fat, that I can eat the entire 4 slice pizza all by lonesome. (I'm not too fat...)
$23 Lions, Tigers, and Wolverines...MY FAVORITE! MEAT! Pepperoni, Bacon, ground beef, and basil. It might sound weird, but once it hits your lips, its meat heaven in your hungry mouth. $22 Enzo SS Pepperoni...Pepperoni and fresh basil, simple and delicious. $22 Veggie...I'm not a vegetarian, but this is one of the best veggies out there! $9 Smash burger...two smashed beef patties, grilled onions, thousand island, pretty good! Especially if you need a protein boost. McClures Motor City...tried a slice cause it sounded interesting...pickles, bacon, and ranch...fun! But I probably won't order it again.

I’ve been creeping on their instagram page for a while and since I used to live in the area back in 2018, I got a good laugh seeing the spot still with the Taco Bell set up.
Even though the drive thru is still in operation I had to walk in. Immediately I got the vibes of a family pizza establishment I haven’t felt since being a kid. Definitely would be into dining there since they have a proper selection of beers and even faygo ‘daiquiris’. They also had non alcoholic slushies so the kids can also hang out playing on the arcade.
I called in the “lions tigers & wolverines” pizza and it was ready when I arrived there from Costco! So definitely will be using the drive thru in the future but I will try to dine in for the charm.
So to be honest I saw a Pizza Hut ad and craved a pan pizza. And I almost pulled the trigger on their special but man I’m so glad I didn’t.
This is premium pizza, it hit so many spots in so many levels I didn’t realize I was missing. Proper sauce, proper crust, & proper fluff.
Only thing I’m bummed about is not getting the two pizza special.

Had a pizza craving today after a bad day at work, so I wanted to grab something on the way home with my son. My experience was fantastic from the start of walking in to the place to order a pie. First time here and I just have to say THANKS to the beautiful young lady that greeted us when we walked in. After deciding on what we were going to order, 'Animal Style Hamburger Pie', I was able to chat with her briefly and my less than spectacular day melted away thanks to her, 'K' YOU made my day, THANKYOU You are awesome!!! The pizza was yet another awesome and unique item! Dough/crust was beautifully crispy on the outside and fluffy and tender on the crumb. Toppings were great! I am glad I decided to stop and try Angry Pete's tonight! Pizza was fantastic and really makes me want to go back for more in the near future!
