Been coming here for a few months & suddenly customer service is practically non-existent. I’ve always over tipped every time I’ve come here. But the past 2 times they have turned me away - with an appointment because of being overly booked (1 of the 2 times i was admittedly 10 min late due to traffic from Poway to the salon during rush hour). I wish had a better experience but how do you turn away a customer with an appointment that has always been kind to your business & over tipped? In addition, my 1st visit i got a gel mani with nail art & only paid the cost for a gel mani. Upon my next visit i got the same service except instead of nail art i got a solid color & requested a small heart on 2 nails - in which i was charged $6 extra per nail for the small heart? Was very confused but just paid it & went about my life. However, thinking back i should’ve spoke up. All in all - my fault for over tipping & giving a business multiple chances that clearly didn’t value me as much as i had thought. Strange to have a business deny a good customer but their loss, not mine. Plenty of other great nail salons in the area that value their customers, time, and money. What goes around comes around !! Don’t bother wasting...

This is our main go-to for our nails! My teen daughter is very booshie like and always comes in with these 1 of a kind designs she wants from 3 different pictures of other designs. Usually pretty detailed designs. They have never once complained or failed to live up to our expectations! And always far more affordable then I am expecting, especially with the literally 3+ hours they spend perfecting my daughters one of a kind design! Very sweet and play the most interesting DIY videos that entertain me at least the whole time! They always make us feel very comfortable, are nice & welcoming, & always eager to see what my daughter has in store for them & always use a picture of them when theyre finished in their portfolio. Definately recommend to anyone looking for a nice, clean, relaxing establishment with talented experienced staff for great looking acrylic nails at the best price for how good they turn out! Plus they guarantee their nails for 7 days I think it is...thats right, if you break or chip a nail or polish within the week you can go back in & they will repair it for free! Best place Ive found! Not a great first experience. I came in for a pedicure and was immediately seated with a bowl of ice-cold water—not the relaxing start I was hoping for. I chose the callus remover pedicure, but the technician seemed distracted the entire time, frequently looking around instead of focusing on the service. I had to repeatedly ask her to actually treat the callused areas, and even then, the results were disappointing. Despite paying extra for both the callus and wax treatment, my feet still feel rough. The massage portion was equally underwhelming—it felt like she was just swirling her hands around on my legs with no pressure or technique. I also had to remind her eight separate times that I wanted regular polish, not gel. To top it off, the polish job itself was sloppy and uneven. Overall, I left very disappointed.
