To sum it up, this salon failed on all fronts: 1. Their manicurists lack professionalism and skill. 2. They caused physical pain through rough handling. 3. They disrespected us by speaking ill behind our backs. This place is not worth the time or money, and I strongly advise against visiting. This was hands-down the worst manicure experience I have ever had. I came into this salon with a clear idea of what I wanted, having shown pictures of a translucent nail style. The technicians confirmed they could execute it, which was the only reason my friend and I decided to get our manicures here. However, to my shock, they applied a pink opaque builder gel instead of the translucent base I had asked for. When I questioned the choice, I was told no other options were available, which severely limited any future style changes I might want. Despite repeatedly confirming the style I desired, the outcome was fixed in a way that I couldn't change. Further adding to the disaster, the salon's choice of nail decorations was extremely limited and unappealing. The manicurist, clearly frustrated, polished my nails so aggressively that it was painful—a clear sign of their unprofessionalism. Worse still, both my friend and I suffered from the experience. My friend's nails were injured from rough trimming and polishing, and my nails are still sore. Their rude and careless handling makes me question the professionalism of their manicurists. Additionally, the staff spoke about us in Vietnamese behind our backs, which was disrespectful and made us feel very unwelcome. This lack of professionalism and respect shows they are not equipped to properly handle customer needs or feedback.

Feeling disappointed! My daughter and I got services; she had a manicure with regular nail polish while I got an acrylic set done. This is my 2nd time going to this salon (because my first time was amazing) but this time, my services felt very rushed. The nail tech who does acrylics does a really good job shaping the nail, and she started the acrylic services...after the acrylic was finished, for some reason, she was replaced with another staff member who finished her work for the polishing part. After I left the salon, I realized my thumbnails are two completely different lengths! I was charged a total of $100...$70 for an acrylic set with 2 sticker decals! My daughter's manicure total $30! and at least her nails looked nice. When I asked for them to add cherry blossom artwork to my two ring fingers, as in painting the cherry blossom and the lady said yes, she could do it. Then she pulls out some decals from a plastic ziplog bag...thought I be nice to see where she was going with this. She literally applied two tiny decals on to the side of each nail... and when I asked for a full nail look of cherry blossoms, she said it would cost extra each time she apply a sticker decal. For sticker decals! That's $70 for acrylic and 2 sticker decals! I feel ripped off...and to add, because I'm a genuinely good person, I still tipped them 20% for their time. However, I am utterly disappointed. Never returning again.

I don’t like their sign in process. You choose either I’m already a member or sign up for free to be a member. I don’t know if I like this place yet so I don’t want to pick either. I’d rather just sign in. While I was getting my pedicure, another nail tech went on break and sat in the pedicure chair next to me. She was watching tik tok which was competing with the music playing in the salon. She was showing other staff the videos on her phone. I told my nail tech that it was disturbing. He told her and she stopped. I just didn’t think an establishment this mature would act that unprofessional. It was time to pay. The girl asked if I signed in and I said no. She looked disturbed. We went through the transaction but I got the impression she was bothered that I didn’t sign in. Lastly- the nail tech was really nice but they didn’t color my whole nail and I really dislike when this happens. This was gel too so it was an extra $20… I would expect a more meticulous paint job for a $20 up charge. I’m glad I didn’t sign up to be a member. Don’t call, don’t text, just let me find a salon that can do better.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Jolie Nail Lounge for a pedicure and manicure, and I am extremely satisfied with the experience. From the moment I stepped in, I was welcomed with a warm and friendly greeting, which immediately put me at ease. The salon's modern decorations and salon presentation was noticeable right away, and the cleanliness was impeccable. Every station was spotless, and I observed the staff diligently sanitizing tools and surfaces between clients, which greatly reassured me about their hygiene standards.

As a male customer, I was initially a bit hesitant, but the staff at Jolie Nail Lounge made me feel completely comfortable. They were professional, attentive, and genuinely caring, ensuring I was relaxed throughout the entire process. The pedicure was a truly indulgent experience. The foot soak, exfoliation, and massage were incredibly soothing, and the nail technician took her time to ensure my feet were thoroughly pampered. She carefully trimmed and shaped my nails with great attention to detail, leaving my feet feeling rejuvenated and refreshed.

The manicure was equally impressive. The technician was meticulous, shaping and buffing my nails to perfection. I opted for a clear polish, which she applied with precision and care. Throughout the service, she regularly checked in with me to ensure I was happy with the progress and the results. The staff's professionalism and friendly demeanor really stood out to me. They took the time to explain each step of the process and answered all of my questions, making sure I never felt rushed.

What truly made my visit exceptional was the combination of excellent customer service, impeccable cleanliness, and high-quality treatments. The staff's dedication to providing a top-notch experience was evident in every aspect of the service. I left Jolie Nail Lounge feeling relaxed, refreshed, and with nails that looked fantastic.

I highly recommend Jolie Nail Lounge to anyone, especially men who may feel hesitant about getting nail services. The welcoming atmosphere and superb service will exceed your expectations. I am now a loyal customer and will definitely be returning for...
