If you love jazz lounges and go to a lot of them just be warned that the dance floor kind of becomes a mosh pit at a certain hour and you’ll miss out on seeing the actual band if you don’t have far away seating, are standing, or are not very tall. It’s a beautiful space and I’m glad the company made jazz more inviting to the younger generation but I would not hold a non private, important event; or take anybody there I wanted to have a conversation with very late. Feels more like a club for sure, and maybe that’s what they’re going for. I still feel the company misses the mark on service and drinks at this building. It’s just far different from the ambiance you’ll get at some of their other locations like downtown for example. If you want a late night kettner exchange or Nolita hall vibe it’s right up there, but if you prefer the Seneca, Born and Raised, Neighborhood/Young Blood scene, it’s not, unfortunately. And although I liked the band I was disappointed with the overall scene later in the evening considering the special occasion. If you’re thinking prices- think $20 for a bad martini. Wine selection is not there but the cab I got was fine. Shots, you need to request lime for and they don’t have salt. Great for a quick pop in for a drink if you’ve never been or...

Let’s talk about the customer service, I don’t understand why it’s so bad????
This is my second time, I’ve been to Lou Lou’s and again the customer service was so bad? I don’t get it???
We sat at a table, next to a table or 6 young ladies. I kept trying to get the servers attention but not once did she look around if anyone needed help? The server went to that table 5 times, I think the girls were he friends because she took a sip of one of the girls drink.
2 more servers came around to the right of us and they didn’t help us?
I sent my son to the bar to get us drinks, yes it was busy and he stood there for 38 minutes and no service. I told him to come back. I walk over to the bar and got the bartender’s attention to get some drinks. The bartender started to make my drinks but 2 young ladies came up and he started to have a conversation with them, just left me standing there. After he was done with his social conversation, he shook both of their hands. He made my drinks. Why? Is the service so bad here???
This bar primary has young people but bringing ignored at way at the bar in that way, was Terrible.
I really wished the...

Taking reservations for no reason (as they tell you once you arrive that they don't take reservations)? Turning away cars at the valet because they are full, but in the same breath, they are willing to take a little cash on the side to park your car?
Seating an entire party, while making the person who made the "reservation" stand outside in line, while the rest of the party was seated 35 minutes prior- because they have a "1 in, 1 out" policy when busy.
The drink service is atrocious. 45 minutes for a single round of drinks?
CH Projects did an amazing job on the gut rehab, but for a wildly successful group, someone needs to get it through their head that you don't run a jazz lounge like a downtown dance club.
They don't even restrict people from herding through the venue while the performance is happening. So, many times throughout the evening your sight is blocked by a group of people talking like they're standing around a bar.
Horrendously managed.
Just a terrible vibe all around.
You would think after a full year in business, they would have gotten a handle on things. 0 for 4. They won't be getting a 5th...
