Didn't find the waterfront in Downtown San Diego inviting; not much seating unless you sit in a restaurant. Several stores and restaurants have shut down; just not much there, and not many places to rest after walking. Parking is expensive-they offer a discount if you make a purchase at any of the stores, but there aren't...
