Ski Beach Park — Attraction in San Diego

Great place just to come it's nice and quiet have a bathroom they have a place for the kids to play but warning you could definitely not get in the water here and it's all around you because this is basically an island and the water is nasty if they tested this water it would probably be a D minus and yet every time I'm here almost every day I see little kids playing in the water even adults that just don't seem to know better it's fine if you're watching your boat or jet-ski obviously Ski Beach but get away from the shore and you better have a life jacket because people die out in the middle of the jetty it looks calm but has a very nasty rip and the current will pull you down not out such as other places and lots of boat traffic it's basically the on and off ramp from the back half of the Bay and again the water near the shore is nasty everything because of that current is shoved Waist Deep to the sand and you can see the sand if you look closely it's common sense but most people don't or don't give a care that is until you got urine tract infections diarrhea spots on your arms and legs and these rashes are painful if you're sensitive you get this water in your eye you can even get pink eye from it now when you're jet skiing and you're out on your boat and diving in and out I guess that's all fine but you better make sure you shower off and try to stay out of this water by the shore because between here and Fiesta Island in anywhere east of here toward the back side is disgusting but yet they have barbecues tables and it's a great place to just take...

Homeless hog the bathrooms all night sleeping in them with their bikes and 5000 aluminum cans. Parking lot hours closing from 2-4 am now strictly enforced, $55 ticket to appease san diegos many entitled homeowners who resent the presence of the less fortunate. Cops just doing their jobs. To travelers from abroad: This is the place to be if you like a beach setting with jet ski rentals, boat rentals, and beach front access for the kids. Keep in mind, you have to call the rental places ahead of time, and they will deliver and pick up the boat or ski. Omg this place is so beautiful, you can see downtown, Coronado, sea world, and Fiesta island, all from ski beach! We love it here. The best part to be in is off to the right before the bathrooms. And the best part of jet skiing there, is that you can pull your skis right up to your beachfront spot! Just be careful to not go too close to...
