The beach is nice but during the day if your trying to cool of don't put a chair up to the water and put your feet in, there are small harmless water bugs that bite and it hurts. These are harmless so don't worry about it their just just inconvenience so just use water shoes and the problems is solved, and I'm not sure if their season as I have only been here 3 times. A nice beach with public fire pits for bonfires. The water seems nice even though we did not go in for a swim. During the time we were there, there were lots of noisy people around but I don’t know if that’s the usual atmosphere or if it just happened to be that day.
