I have to say Andrea was very nice but my nails took from 9:45 until 1:45. I had a mani/ pedi scheduled and I had to ask how long she had been working at the Spa and she said a month, the other lady was out on maternity leave. The other workers kept walking by looking like “what is taking so long”. One lady asked if I wanted water and at first I said no but about 2 hrs in I took her up in the offer. For the price I paid a massage should’ve been included. My nails look like terrible and I only saw it after I had left already. Every single mail is missing polish this will be my first and last time doing something like this. My nails were done on Tuesday…. Never ever had my nails looked this bad and I’ve had poor service before. The mail tech needs to be sent for more training they know full well she’s not ready and yet they allow her to carry on. You can’t tell it isn’t done properly because of the lighting and the dimmed lights in the salon area of the spa. I wasted a great deal of money on this and I don’t want anyone else to go through this experience. She tried to rush me out the chair because another employee asked her how long she would be because another woman had an appointment. That was not cool because she wasn’t quite done with me and Andrea asked if I wanted to take the scrub and the lotion with. I told her no the other customer needs to wait! Skip the Mani/ Pedi nice young lady but no experience. You guys feel free to call me you have my number, I just may have to call upper management about this or the BBB.

Average spa experience. We were not guests of the resort but we did get services (massage and facial). We enjoyed the services purchased (they do add 20% tip automatically - which was fine but just know it’s added). Robs and sandals are provided but do seem dated and worn. Massage therapist was great!! Service was good, peaceful and relaxing. Mens and women’s locker rooms are separate areas. In the women’s is a small locker area, and a sauna, and steam room. A shared hot tub in the spa gates, private to the spa. However, the pool closest is a shared one with all guests of the resort. It did not seem very warm (in December) but it was comfortable enough to swim. Overall, I would not be going back here, even though the service was good, the facility was not great... Cheesy, dated and old furniture/small.

The staff is really nice but didn’t explain the facilities, clothing rules (do I need a swimsuit in the sauna, where are the pools) the massage was okay, but not the deep tissue I requested. For the price it’s a fine getaway but I personally would splurge and go to the Fairmont or somewhere for a luxurious relaxing experience. They give you a robe and sandals and they are slippery underfoot and huge. The facility is very clean.

My rating is pretty late, but our experience was so great we could never forget. My bf and I stayed at paradise point for his birthday last September. I booked us their couples massage and definitely received much more than expected!!! We got so much more than just the AMAZING massages by our ladies. I wish I knew their names cuz we were in heaven during our Swedish massages. It was the perfect amount of relaxation. I figured once the lovely ladies were done, which we were bummed but feeling so relaxed, that it was over and we'd head back to our locker rooms and head out. But nope!!! They showed us to chapter 2 of our experience. It was our very own secluded area with a jacuzzi, champagne, fruits, complimentary lotion to take home, and some shaded comfy areas to lay and enjoy eachothers company, oh and there were red rose petals laid everywhere which was a pretty touch. We were able to enjoy that secluded area, no interruptions, for 30 mins. In which even once our 30 mins was up there wasnt anyone bothering us to hurry us along and leave. We actually ended up leaving and heading out ourselves. Best experience so far with a couples massage and would love to have the chance to stay at paradise point and visit the...
