All three entrances to this old and small outdoor mall are typically congested. Lots of traffic that are moving in and out. Of the three entrances, the one closest to Bank of America has been the most busiest. You will also find people (usually men), hanging around the sidewalks and parking lot looking to be hired for work. Truth be told, I had hired a guy in this area before to help me move furniture, load/unload a U-haul and drive it to another city 8 miles away. Although he managed to chip part of the wood on my dresser drawer, the furniture moving experience, overall, was satisfactory.
My go-to stores and restaurants at Southland Plaza shopping mall: Walmart, Home Depot, Postal Annex, IHOP, Optometrist, CVS, and pet market for snake feed.
When comes to parking, the parking stalls in front of each establishment are usually occupied. However, there’s plenty of parking elsewhere. Also, lots of foot traffic, especially around Home Depot entrance area.

If not for my go-to places at Southland Plaza shopping center, I would choose to shop elsewhere. Not a fan of grand central like traffic 👎
This mall does not decorate during the holidays. Nothing festive. Basically, nothing to brag about.
Lastly and most importantly, please...
