The Che Café loves to talk about community and inclusivity, but apparently, that doesn’t apply if you’re on the bad side of their inner circle.
I used to play in a band called Fairies Wear Boots with several Che collective members. One of them, Adriana, barely showed up to practice but refused to leave for over a year. When she finally admitted she wasn’t cut out for it, my other bandmates, Lio and Angie, “quit” too. Turns out, the three of them had already started a new band behind my back. It’s thanks to them that many hardcore/indie/scramz bands are able to have amazing show...

I saw the Prince Myshkins perform the Three Penny Opera at the Che Cafe 2006. Please don't let them take this wonderful establishment away and put up a parking lot. Thanks and...
