I always go here out of convenience just for simple gel manicures, I go to Linda who is kind and thorough with her work. This time I asked for a dip powder manicure and get a man who rushed through the whole way. I asked for a more pointed almond shape and he shaves all the way into my nail bed. It’s painful to use my fingers now. He blames me that I asked for it to be narrow, but I always ask for a more pointed almond shape and have never had any tech shave the sides of my nails so deeply or so close to the cuticle. There’s a spot that I kept bringing up during the process on my ring finger that looks chipped because there was no color at the top, and he kept ignoring it. And when he was done with my nails, he just slathers the cuticle oil without a care, gets up, and tells me I have to pay. My fingers look worse than when I came in, stained with the dip powder, and he makes no offer for a towel or to wash my hands. I gently disagreed with paying full price ($53) after the un-professionalism, poor work, and PAIN that I’m in and he GRABS MY HANDS and puts them in the other technicians’ faces to justify his work and blame me for it. I paid and left crying. Never again.

I received dip by someone I could tell was new. She used the drill on me and applied way too much pressure immediately and it felt like she burned me. She eventually gave up on using the drill because she was constantly pressing way too hard. This picture is TWO DAYS after I got a dip manicure. I picked a color and I’ve gotten dip several times. No base coat layer of dip was applied. A layer of gel was applied instead. Then she dipped the color and instead of brushing excess off, they sprayed with acetone and wiped with a paper towel? Then placed under a light? Idk I could be wrong as I’m no professional but my nails came out absolutely awful and I’ve never seen that method before. I told the nail tech it looked awful and I had already spent an hour and a half there. It was a solid color, easy to do and it came out looking blotchy and almost a little like tie dye. After showing management, who didn’t seem to care, I left. Very frustrated, to say the least. They offered to do my nails the next day but honestly I decided I didn’t even want to go back. Total waste of my money and time. So so so disappointed

How bad can it be just to get a manicure?! The nail technician didn’t remove cuticle and clip my nails although I kept asking her. The nail shape was uneven. She kept hurting me while using the drill to remove previous gel x. Then finally she started putting nail polish and it was all clumpy, uneven coverage with sides of the nails left unpainted. I told her again that maybe you should change your nail polish as its consistency is kind of thick and it’s all clumpy. She just kept putting second layer and it even got worse - while covering other fingers she messed up freshly painted nails on other fingers. She had to remove the paint and start all over again. I understand that you might be newbie, but not even wanting to listen to your customer.. that’s not ok. Eventually someone else had to take over for her and at least they removed some of the cuticles. Not completely satisfied but she tried to fix and I appreciate that. Attaching photo of final result. Never coming back.

I've been a loyal customer of The Nails Club for 6 years now and have not been disappointed! Linda has always gone above and beyond for me throughout the years. From squeezing me in at the last minute to staying late, after all of the other nail technicians have left, to ensure I am happy and leave with perfectly painted nails!

Today I had the pleasure of having Linda give me a pedicure while Ann did my manicure after hours. Though they close at 5 PM on Sundays, Linda and Ann did not rush me. Instead, they did their very best work which the owner checked before I left. I was delighted by my experience and the upgrades they've done to the shop since I had last visited.

Everyone from the receptionist, my favorite nail technicians (Linda, Ann, and Jessica) and the owner are welcoming and sweet. I am fortunate to have found a nail shop that I love and even more grateful to have found nail technicians who go exceed my expectations every visit!

Thank you Ann for the very best hand/arm massage and Linda for the beautifully painted nails...
