VCA Peninsula Animal Hospital — Attraction in San Diego

I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about the VCA peninsula animal hospital! Dr. Eng & his staff are incredible beyond words. Our dog Baloo has been dealing with some pretty big health issues & Dr. Eng and his staff have gone above and beyond to make sure our pup has been well taken care of. The people at the VCA are true angels! They have been so kind, compassionate, helpful, and have been so wonderful about keeping in contact with me about everything that has been going on. Dr. Eng is honestly the best vet we could ever ask for our dog. He was made to care for animals and we are so very blessed to have found him and have him as our vet. He is so thourough & and really takes the time to explain everything that can be so confusing in a way you can understand. Dr. Eng is incredibly knowldegable & kind and I truly feel like my dog could not be in better hands. I feel like we won the dog lottery by being placed with him and the incredible people at the VCA! Today we unfortunately had to put our beloved husky down. We have never been to this vet before today, we were desperate due to our regular Vet not treating us well. Our husky was in bad shape and we were having a hard time finding somewhere that would take him in quickly. We didn’t want him to suffer and fortunately VCA helped us.

I wish we had found this Vet earlier, everyone there was so kind and compassionate to us, even though we were strangers to them.

Truly, thank you for making an extremely difficult day a little easier for us. I look forward to bringing our other dog to you in the future for care. I wish I got your names before I left, but thank you for the doctor for taking us in and the vet tech for getting us a vile of hair...

I brought my dog in here because he was sick. He was tested for parvo.one of the vet assistants came in and said the test showed negative.the veterinarian that was in the room with me and my dog pulled her out of the room to return in minutes saying oh mistake he does have parvo..tried to get me for hundreds of dollar's!!! for me I decided to take my business elseware. I had him retested at another vet to find out he was fine no parvo.. This vca animal hospital suggested I put him down. Worst place I've ever been to.. My dog is healthy and happy..
