I don't have the words to fully share what this yoga studio has meant to me, and how deeply it has helped transform my life for the better. I have been to many yoga studios in many states and all over the world, and yet, this is the one that will always resonate as "home" to my soul.

I can't say enough about how wonderful the instructors are. They truly put their whole heart into everything they do, and it shows. So many unique and beautiful souls come to create here. I have enrolled in their teacher training program, which is first class, and I wholly recommend. There are many "kundalini teacher training" programs, but Cosmic Flow is certified by the Kundalini Research Institute, which is rare, and is the gold standard in kundalini yoga teacher training.

Jen was truly wonderful. This was my first time practicing Kundalini Yoga and I loved it. Jen was gracious, kind, easy to follow, and did not judge this 12 week postpartum mama in desperate need of some yoga. The sound healing was icing on the cake! Jen incorporated essential oils into our practice in a way I’d never done before in yoga, which was unexpected and beautiful. Utilizing our sense of smell to imprint a thought we wanted to stay with us about what we were releasing.
