Whether you are a beginning or more advanced yogi, Janice guides you through movement and is very kind and patient in her approach. She can also provide modifications depending on your flexibility or skill level as well as any physical limitations you may have such as an injury/recent surgery/etc. Sometimes workout classes can feel very judgy, but I have never felt intimidated or nervous in any of Janice's classes.
