Balboa Park — Attraction in San Francisco

Quick run to a doctor's appointment on Post Street, the trip through the Balboa BART station was relatively smooth and there were no issues with the trains that day. Average Bart station. They need to have the open train waiting area covered. I see people smoke in the station but nobody cares. More police patrols would help. The station is way better than Civic Center. They are putting another access point next to the K train stop with a canopy which is good. SFMTA- it seems like you do not care and you do not think ahead. I would like to know why would you one day post the signs "FOR SFMTA employees only" without any warning. Wouldn't it be much more considerate to post a sign a month in advance to let people know it was coming? one day someone needs to go to work , they come to park and they can't - no warning, nothing. what kind of service...
