Paid online for the pickup order via PayPal, the money was written off my account, but within 2 hours I didn't receive any confirmation about my order from GameStop. Only after contacting the support I found out that the order number is 1100000067454829, but they didn't receive payment for the order. They told me that the problem is not on their end. PayPal support says that the funds are already on the merchant's account and awaiting for authorization by GameStop. So, they need to authorize or cancel the transaction (it is still in pending status). I asked the support of GameStop in written form to cancel the transaction in their business PayPal account, but they are not responding. According to the procedure, in order to open a dispute on PayPal, I need to wait one month till July 12, before that date I can't get my money back.
