My wife was being helped ringing up by an employee and he left her in the middle of the transaction. She waited and he never came back so she asked another employee, Audrey, to help finishing up the transaction. Audrey said, “Ma’am you need to be patient.” That is rude since another employee left her hanging. It would have been more proper had she said, “Ma’am please give us a minute because we are so busy, or something to that effect. Audrey then asked, “Did you grab that cup by yourself?” My wife said, “No, he gave it to me.” At this time the employee who initially was helping my wife came over and Audrey said to him, “She said you have her a free drink.” My wife said, “Free? I paid for it. He was helping me with the transaction so I believe he charged me for it.” My wife told me of the encounter and I requested to speak with the manager. It turned out the manager is nobody other than Audrey herself. Speaking to her didn’t help because she didn’t even realize or admit she came off very rude with rude attitude and accusatory tone. Her approach and delivery was unacceptable. When I asked for her name she rolled her eyes and pointed to the top of her hat where her name tag was. She couldn’t provide her name verbally upon request from a customer? My experience speaking with her let me see her...
Read moreBeer and pizza, how can you go wrong? This is pizza served like a semi fast food. You go thru the line along the counter and choose your toppings or choose one of the specialty pizzas. There's only one size pizza but lots of options. I chose the "build your own" pizza and had fun telling the assembly-line staff what toppings I wanted on my pizza and how much.
I chose pesto sauce on the edge and classic tomato sauce on the middle, 3 different cheeses, mushrooms, tomatoes, Greek olives, roasted garlic, sauteed onions, chicken, a couple pieces of salami and slices of ham. With all the toppings I thought it would take longer to bake but it actually was ready relatively quickly. And it was delicious! I tried some beer on tap to wash it down. They have a lot of drink options at the drink station with sodas, fancy juices and iced teas.
I gave it 4 stars because the dining room can be a bit dirty with food spills and crumbs on tables and chairs. There is often a crowd of young people working behind the counter but no one working in the dining room to keep it clean.
I would recommend going in the off times to avoid the long line. It's a popular place, so it...
Read moreIt WAS a very good place to eat when it first opened but in the last 3-4 months the quality has completely gone through the floor. Pizzas are now soft, doughy, burnt bottom… the staff are rude, disorganized and very unhelpful. I walked in a couple of times with my wife & 8 month old child to be told online orders online!?!? Seriously? Sometimes they serve beers sometimes not, regularly don’t have basic fresh ingredients ready? The cook regularly swapping out with the register attendant probably sheds light on why pizzas are always burnt?
Such a shame because for such a long time my wife & I couldn’t speak highly enough of the delicious, crispy, thoughtfully made pizzas from here.
Whatever changed it was for the worse!
After todays pizza we won’t be returning, nothing worse than that burnt taste overpowering everything else.
Update: 12/09/21
Wife was insistent on returning as “they may have read the negative reviews and changed for the better”
It has changed.. but not for the better.
Ranch pots only maximum 25% filled…
Pizza is still burnt on the bottom and looks like they’re refusing to clean the...
