Visited this beautiful store this afternoon with my son and husband and the older lady working behind the counter is an absolute witch. From the moment we walked in the store she was on our gentle 5 year old who touched her "hand-blown, imported, and very expensive" ornament that was hanging on a wall. Then, she proceeded to follow me around this tiny store and took a tea-towel out of my hands before I was even ready to check out. Honestly, I think this lady should check out. Not fit for customer service- at all. Even paying was a hassle because she wanted dollar bills from my husband for her cash...

We visited here during our bike ride round the Bay area. I wanted to show my hubby the chocolate factory. Then I saw this shop! What an awesome well stocked place. Products are amazing however the staff made me uncomfortable. Every item my child touched, staff immediately took it out on my son’s hand. Can’t moms with kids just shop too? I guess they only cater best selectively. Out of all the shops we’ve been to here in SF, she’s the only who was rude...
