Most of the hippies are gone or are moving to retirement communities and nursing homes. Glad to see many entrepreneurs, scientists, technologists, engineers, and creatives moving to SF - people who actually have a work ethic and an altruistic mindset that are actually doing things to try to make the world a better place. Hippies never accomplished anything. Let's just hope the powers that be allow some of those more ugly townhouses to be torn down to build some multi-floor apartments. Otherwise everyone will be driven out by sky high rents. Unfortunately it is out-of-touch boomers and hippies that are resisting such...

Always a fun time at Drum Circle on Hippie Hill. I wish they would erect a shelter so we can stay warm on cold days. It was a smaller group of drummers. I reckon many were at Burning Man. Robin Williams Meadow could use some work on the landscape. Was nice to see old friends. If only it had been...

Pretty quiet on a normal day. You may see a drum circle or some folks playing frisbee. There is a nearby children's area and tennis courts. Popular spot for picnicking and grabbing some sun. April 20th is a different story. Definitely worth a visit, no matter the day. Lots of history in this part...

First Stop of My West Coast Road Trip - San Francisco Travel Guide. A city that feels like you're in Inception. #Travel #TravelWithRedBook #USATravel #TravelPhotos #DailyOutfit #CasualWear #RedBookFashion #TravelFashionTips #RoadTrip #Tourism #USA Regarding the route along the West Coast of the USA, local weather, hotels, the process of renting a car, and the must-see sights along the way, I will compile a more detailed road trip guide post later. Today, I'll share the beauty of the first stop of my journey - San Francisco. San Francisco is often said to be a city full of freedom and inclusiveness. Perhaps it's the allure of its multiculturalism, or the lifestyle depicted in famous movies. My first impression of it was the Inception-like streets and the warm sunlight tinged with the salty scent of the sea. 💋16/05/2018 San Francisco Day 1 Itinerary💋 Fisherman's Wharf → Golden Gate Bridge → Lands End → Cliff House → Twin Peaks 👉Fisherman's Wharf I booked my hotel near Fisherman's Wharf. Seagulls soared overhead, and sea lions lounged on floating wooden boards near the shore. Ordering a large portion of specialty seafood, I sat by the window, enjoying the view of the wharf, filled with the scent of the sea. 👉Golden Gate Bridge The drive from Fisherman's Wharf to the Golden Gate Bridge is filled with beautiful scenery. San Francisco is windy, and the Golden Gate Bridge is even windier. The bridge is also worth visiting at night. 👉Lands End Someone arranged stones into a maze pattern, which was discovered by netizens and became a must-visit spot for young people. From the maze, you can see the Golden Gate Bridge in the distance and the sunset on the other side. 👉Cliff House The best place to watch the sunset, with the sea and sky gradually turning into a soft orange. 👉Twin Peaks Driving up the winding road to the top of Twin Peaks to enjoy the night view of San Francisco. May nights in San Francisco are chilly, and the wind is strong, so many people stayed in their cars. 💋17/05/2018 San Francisco Day 2 Itinerary💋 Union Square → Alamo Square → Haight-Ashbury → Palace of Fine Arts → Lombard Street 👉Union Square Union Square is a perfect place for locals to relax and soak up the sun. A five-minute walk from the square, there's a popular bubble tea shop called Boba Guys, worth trying. 👉Alamo Square These six houses survived the great earthquake in the West many years ago, making this place a famous attraction. Each house has the same design but different colors. 👉Haight-Ashbury A friend told me that San Francisco is a city with attitude, which is why young people who love street culture are so drawn to it. 👉Palace of Fine Arts Located near the Golden Gate Bridge but in a quiet area, the circular stone structure is grand and magnificent, seemingly telling the meaning of the architecture and some Western civilization. 👉Lombard Street Famous for its continuous curves. The middle is filled with blooming flowers, and the downhill drive around the curves is particularly harmonious. The blooming season is from May to July, so it's recommended to visit during this period. 👯👯👯 The bustling Fisherman's Wharf, the Golden Gate Bridge destroyed countless times in movies, the ding-ding sound of the tram passing by, the golden glow of the Pacific at sunset, the coastline visible after driving down the next steep slope - these are all reasons why I love San Francisco.

This is a beautiful, very clean park that is in the center of town. It had tons of walking trails, many dogs, and a lot of activities. Yesterday, people celebrated 420 but also the YOLO Sports Festival. It was very nice hanging out here. A lot of people cleaned up after themselves.
