Most of the hippies are gone or are moving to retirement communities and nursing homes. Glad to see many entrepreneurs, scientists, technologists, engineers, and creatives moving to SF - people who actually have a work ethic and an altruistic mindset that are actually doing things to try to make the world a better place. Hippies never accomplished anything. Let's just hope the powers that be allow some of those more ugly townhouses to be torn down to build some multi-floor apartments.
